PROPOSED ACQUISITION(COLLECTIVELY REFERRED TO AS THE "PROPOSALS") | On behalf of the Board of Directors of PCB, UOB Kay Hian Securities (M) Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that PCB proposes to undertake the following:- i. a renounceable rights issue of up to 6,669,457,652 irredeemable convertible preference shares ("ICPS") on the basis of 13 ICPS for every 1 existing PCB Share held on an entitlement date to be determined later ("Entitlement Date") at an issue price of RM0.01 per ICPS ("Issue Price") ("Proposed Rights Issue");
ii. proposed amendments to the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company; and
