（吉隆坡11日讯）消息称，东方实业（ORIENT，4006，主板消费产品股）旗下嘉摩多（Kah Motor）已得到大马三菱（MITSUBISHI）的经销权。

《The Edge》财经周报引述消息报道，嘉摩多料成为该品牌的“超级经销商”（super dealer）。

东方实业一名高层在回复电邮时，代表董事经理拿督黄临江表示，该公司是三菱汽车在大马的经销商，意味早前已接到委任。

领域消息指出，该经销权可让嘉摩多重新活跃在汽车领域。

若嘉摩多可取得三菱30%的经销权，预计可为净利带来10%增幅，也可推高东方实业的业绩表现。

东方实业曾是本田汽车在大马的独家经销商，惟在2000年失去该独家经营权。

东方实业、多元重工业（DRBHCOM，1619，主板工业产品股）和日本本田是本田大马的伙伴，在马六甲组装本田汽车。

骆清燕今起退休 东方实业第三代骆坚聪领航

（吉隆坡30日讯）随着主席兼执行董事拿督斯里骆清燕宣布退休，东方实业有限公司（ORIENT，4006，消费产品组）董事部已进入第三代接任掌舵。

该集团宣布，现年71岁的骆清燕将从12月31日起退休。她自1987年起受委为东方实业董事，并于1995年起接掌集团主席一职。

她将由侄儿拿督骆坚聪接替。骆坚聪是文秀集团创办人、或被誉为马来西亚‘本田大王’（Honda King）已故丹斯里骆文秀的孙子。骆坚聪父亲是骆文秀长子。

从明年1月1日开始，骆坚聪将由之前的副主席职位，升任主席兼执行董事。现年38岁的骆坚聪，被列入大马富布斯50富豪榜中，至今年2月的净资产达4亿1000万美元。

据东方实业于12月4日致给大马交易所的文件显示，骆坚聪家族透过文秀私人有限公司，以及其他私人拥有公司，持有该集团的57.06%股份，比较4月17日时只有56.54%。产业发展商文秀私人有限公司，是东方实业的最大股东，拥有43%直接股权和12.34%间接股份。

骆清燕女儿陈庆辉（48岁），则将受委为执行董事。随着骆清燕于12月31日卸任主席和执行董事，也是骆坚聪表姐的陈庆辉，将终止替代董事身分。

陈庆辉也是东方实业集团董事经理拿督黄临江的外甥女，负责在马来西亚的本田汽车（至2001年）及现代汽车分销权的汽车部门。现年73岁的黄临江，仍然为东方实业董事部成员。

另外，拿督斯里陈惠仁（33岁），则从明年1月1日起，由非独立非执行董事，调任执行董事。为拿督陈忠祥医生儿子及骆清燕侄子的陈惠仁，现是文秀本田私人有限公司首席销售与行销员兼副主席。

东方实业是在1963年12月24日成立，并于1964年3月10日上市大马交易所的主要市场。其业务包括汽车（拥有本田分销权）、酒店与渡假村、塑料产品、种植、金融服务、投资产业、及建材与保健产品贸易。

截至2014年9月30日止首9个月其净盈利挺增了88%至2亿1292万令吉，比较之前同时期只有1亿1326万令吉。营业额也由之前的20亿令吉，提高25%至25亿令吉。

至9月30日，该集团的资产总额达到66亿3000万令吉，而债务仅9亿3430万令吉。【光华日报财经】

東方實業第三代掌舵

（吉隆坡3日訊）東方實業（ORIENT,4006,主板消費品組）由丹斯里駱文秀傳至第三代接管，董事部上週出現人事變動，原任主席兼執行董事拿督斯里駱清燕年杪正式引退，由現年39歲的侄子拿督駱堅聰接棒。

駱文秀女兒駱清燕從1995年出任主席，在該集團約50年，以71歲之齡正式引退，接棒者為駱文秀大兒子駱嘉美之子駱堅聰。

除駱堅聰是接棒的第三代，駱清燕女兒陳卿慧（49歲）、駱文秀小女兒駱金燕與女婿拿督陳忠祥醫生之子拿督斯里陳惠仁（34歲），皆各受委為執行董事。

這是駱文秀逝世將近20年後，家業傳至第三代。駱文秀1995年辭世。

資產豐富
市值受低估

這項過渡引起投資者對東方實業未來方向深感興趣，目前共掌董事經理職的駱文秀大女婿拿督黃臨江（74歲）、三女婿拿督斯里林緒通（70歲）。考慮到年事已高，他們可能在未來幾年退休。

投資者好奇的是，這番人事更動是否會一改向來行事低調的東方實業？儘管資產豐富，該上市公司仍受低估。

東方實業週五以6令吉94仙閉市，市值達42億9千萬令吉，仍遠低於47億4千萬令吉的股東基金。該集團很多產業資產未受重估。

以2014年常年化淨利的2億8千390萬令吉及6%股本回酬計，意味該集團未善用資產。該集團也坐擁龐大現金，截至2014年9月30日擁有21億4千萬令吉現金。

該集團自2011年財報只列十大產業，以往有關產業名單長達15頁，儘管地產豐富，惟產業稅前盈利貢獻佔去年首9個月的2%。

值得一提的是，過去20年來，駱清燕、黃臨江、林緒通審慎保存與擴展集團之資產，從盈虧表中龐大現金更可證明。

這個家族也同心協力從2000年失去本田汽車經銷的控制權，改在產業與油棕發展另覓春天，並成為核心貢獻者。截至2014年9月，油棕佔3億2千700萬令吉稅前盈利45.4%，接下來是投資與金融服務，另16.2%為汽車業。（星洲日報／財經‧The Edge專版）

强劲汽车业务支撑　东方实业財测上调

（吉隆坡1日讯）在强劲的汽车业务盈利带动下，东方实业（ORIENT，4006，主板消费股）2014財政年全年净利超越市场预测。联昌国际投行分析员也因此，上调该股的盈利预测及目標价。

东方实业2014財政年末季（截至12月31日止）净利为1亿1513万令吉，2013年同期的7214万令吉，暴增59.59%；营业额则为9亿6932万令吉，较2013年同期的7亿5044万令吉，提升29.17%。

全年而言，该公司净利从2013年同期的1亿8540万令吉，大涨76.94%至3亿2805万令吉；营业额则从2013年同期的27亿5409万令吉，上升25.88%至34亿6688万令吉。

联昌国际投行分析员表示，该公司末季净利飆涨约60%，主要是因为认列3200万令吉的外匯兑换盈余，及汽车业务转亏为盈所致。分析员相信，疲软的令吉走势，是该公司获得外匯兑换盈余的主要原因。

截至2013年杪，东方实业共有总值约1亿6000万令吉的现金是以美元单位计算，而2014財政末季期间，令吉兑换美元下跌7%，该公司持有的现金价值也隨之水涨船高。

另一方面，该公司的汽车业务交出更好的业绩表现，末季税前盈利为1100万令吉，对比2013年同期面对3000万令吉的税前亏损，这主要是因为大马及新加坡市场的汽车销售均有成长。

至于该公司的种植和投资业务，也有更好的表现，税前盈利各按年提升21%，至6000万令吉及6100万令吉。

有鉴于汽车业务表现不俗，分析员將公司2015及2016財政年每股盈利预测，上调约10%。

分析员指出，虽然该公司的汽车零件製造及装配业务还未获利，但其汽车零售业务的盈利贡献相信將可支撑整体的成长。因此，目標价也从7.44令吉，稍微上调至7.57令吉目標价。

除此之外，隨著东方实业派发每股6仙的中期股息，分析员將该公司2014財政年的每股股息预测上调至12仙，因在过去两个財政年，该公司的终期股息，都与中期股息一致。

分析员也预测，东方实业將在5月宣布派发终期股息。不过，鉴於股价上涨空间不大，该分析员维持该股「守住」投资评级。

该股上周五（2月27日）闭市收在7.06令吉，起1仙，成交量为3万5000股。【东方网财经】

拨近亿元购印尼公司 东方实业增种植业务

（吉隆坡4日讯）由已故商人丹斯里骆文秀家族控制的东方实业有限公司（ORIENT，4006，消费产品组），已以9832万令吉代价，买下苏门答腊Surya Agro Persada公司的90%股份。

在致给大马交易所的文件中，东方实业表示，其间接子公司OAM亚洲（新加坡）私人有限公司，已在周一获得印尼司法与人权部通告这项股权收购。

OAM亚洲是东方文秀（毛里裘斯）私人有限公司的全资子公司，而后者则是东方实业的50.5%子公司。东方文秀其余49.5%是由文秀私人有限公司拥有。

东方实业在致给大马交易所的文件中称，随着上述收购，OAM亚洲现拥有Surya Agro Persada的90%股权，而其余10%则是由Kencana Sawit Abadi持有。

Surya Agro Persada涉及油棕种植园开发。它拥有南苏门答腊Rawas Llir和Muara Lakitan总共1万1889公顷地段的特许权。

“上述地段位于该集团另一家子公司现有特许权的策略性地点，并将可带来成本效益。”

它补充，这项收购将进一步加强其种植部门未来对集团表现的贡献。

“在上述总面积中，2871公顷已经种植，而其他一些地段则已经开发。”

普騰東方實業擬設經銷業務

（吉隆坡18日訊）行業消息人士披露，普騰（Proton）與東方實業（ORIENT,4006,主板消費品組）正洽商設立經銷業務。

消息人士說：“雙方談判了一段時間，已經快簽約了。”

據瞭解，東方實業正考慮是否延續森那美（SIME,4197,主板貿服組）的現代汽車（Hyundai）經銷業務。

“東方實業與森那美的交易不太理想。至少普騰的銷量會比現代汽車多吧。”

東方實業原本透過持股60%的東方－現代私人有限公司（OHB），掌握多款現代品牌的經銷權，惟森那美收購成功集團一家擁有其他現代車款經銷權的子公司後，東方實業於2009年以1千980萬令吉賣出上述股權。

雖然東方實業不再擁有現代汽車的經銷權，但仍經營6家現代汽車展銷中心，此外，該公司也設有多家本田（Honda）與三菱（Mitsubishi）展銷中心。

對普騰來說，由於早就透過獨資子公司普騰經銷（Proton Edar）擁有眾多經銷商，因此並不清楚東方實業是否合適其策略。目前，普騰在全國各地設有413家銷售服務中心，主要透過第三方經營。

不過，普騰經銷最近公佈新的經銷商拓展計劃，廣邀各方投資全國的普騰3S中心（銷售、服務與零配件）。

去年，普騰賣出11萬5千783輛汽車，低於2013年的13萬8千753輛，市佔率也從21.2%跌至17.4%，現代汽車的銷量則是1萬零271輛，不如2013年的1萬2千217輛。（星洲日報／財經‧The Edge專版）

新加坡汽車銷售帶動‧東方實業次季淨利漲14%

（吉隆坡20日訊）在新加坡汽車銷售帶動下東方實業（ORIENT，4006，主板消費品組）截至財政年2015年6月30日第二季淨利按年上漲14.4%至5千905萬4千令吉，但半年累計淨利卻下跌5.2%至1億1千494萬7千令吉。

第二季營業額按年上揚18.1%至10億5千零14萬5千令吉，半年累計按年成長20%至19億4千617萬7千令吉。

派息6仙

東方實業建議派股息每股6仙。
