IOI集團3批債券
上市納閩交易所
（納閩18日訊）IOI集團（IOICORP，1961，主板種植）發行的第3批可轉換債券，已上市納閩國際金融交易所（LFX）。

該所發佈文告指出，IOI集團透過納閩註冊的特別用途公司IOI資源（IOI Resource），發行這批為期5年，總值6億美元（約19億6380萬令吉）的無抵押擔保可轉換債券。

由于源自全球的投資者需求強穩，是批債券的書面競購（book building），獲超額認購多達5倍。

這批債券將在2013年屆滿，到時可轉換至IOI集團的新普通股，並由IOI集團全面擔保。

該所控股公司大馬交易所（BURSA，1818，主板金融）總執行長拿督尤斯里指出，上述上市的債券，進一步反映納閩國際金融交易所的接受度提高，並是大馬企業發行外匯債券的首要岸外交易所。
