我不是很了解, 看下我对不对。我想买一个RM379000的CONDO,FREEHOLD的。借90%。除了10%头期。我还付的是?
S&P - Legal fee = RM1500+RM1603 = RM3103 (developer mentioned legal fee free on S&P)
S&P - Stamp duty = RM1000+5580 = RM 6580 (first time buy house, cannot waive???)
LOAN AGREEMENT - Legal fee = RM1500+RM1337.70=RM 2837.70
LOAN AGREEMENT - Stamp duty = RM1705.50
Any fee else?上述的,如果发展商没有说可以FREE,就不可以了吗?

请问如果要买125千的二手房子需要准备多少现金呢?头期打算用epf给,如果借90%+5%给律师费可以的吗? |

想要楼主的意见。
有兴趣买setia alam的二手排屋,屋价是RM350k左右。
如果以EPF来给10%的DP,两人合供,需要预备多少现金来缴交所有的费用/杂费直到屋主交钥匙交屋子呢?

需要什么手续??要从那里开始做??要给屋主定金??EPF需要什么手续??

1)我有意要跟屋主买起现在租的房子,开价130k,想用EPF 给头期 (手头上只有20k) ,bank loan 100k

s&p是发展商还,银行贷款律师费我还。。。
请问S & P的律师费、印花费和一些杂费是不是发展商还完?
银行贷款的律师费、印花费和一些杂费能不能够折扣?
S&P的律师和银行贷款是不是要和同一个律师?
如果同一个律师的话要注意些什么?
如果是不同的律师要注意什么?

有心人士或会的也请帮帮忙,我想问下,我买了间85k的房子,我给了10%,银行批准贷款,但是要用他们的律师,他们律师费用说RM4200,因为政府抽2%,RM850x2=RM1700,还有卖家的余款未清还要加多RM680,参麦他们律师费用RM1820.请问我是被砍菜头了吗..
还有剩下的尾数到时我不知道想用现金或支票还清,请问如果用现金但并不是很相信对方,如果是苦力代收,要是他们跑路,他们的纸条+recipe真的能证明什么吗?
还有我是签了银行的house loan才要签s&p,目前还没签s&p,会不会有什么事 |

貸款我不清楚...不过做么政府抽2%是什么咚咚?还有卖家的余款未清管你什么事?不是卖家settle的吗?律师费用应该是RM765,加stamp duty和其他杂数应该大概是1800...我算的大概如下:
