如果买家人数理想的话,定下时间...我愿意代表大家向发展商要求办对话会,不然就必须等到抽carpark的时候大家再投诉,毕竟十几个人难以代表148位买家…以上是我个人意见如有得罪的地方请各位多多包涵…

Capri park最少都有168住户。。。 通过佳礼的才有20几位。。。要去那里找其他capri park 住户呢? 如果我们只召集佳礼的会员罢了行的通吗?

另外,在进行对话的同时,我们需要邀请那单位的官员来听证吗?

hi all, have seek consult from one of my law friend. Since S&P and deed of mutual consent that we had sign already clearly mention is under pangsapuri capri. chances for us to win is quite low..in terms of law, there is no different between condominium and pangsapuri.. there is no condominium found in Malay word. The developer had use Pangsapuri to register for the address and buidling, is quite tough for them to remove the pangsapuri word. Pangsapuri word might have affect the value of our property in case we want to resell to other party..

just some sharing and to be verify again on the accuracy

Hi Penny, thanks for your valuable feedback. Yes, we are aware that we might be in a disadvantage position if this eventually goes to court.
However, TI need to be addressed about this. We have reasoanably doubt on the intention of TI, that the initial naming of pangsapuri is common to Condominium when applying to the council, which oppose to their marketing brochures and stating Capri Park as Luxurious Condominium In Butterworth Town Center in their website. http://www.tambunindah.com/html/projects_details.aspx?ID=42&PID=53
It is suspected to be a finagle to lure customer.
