迪耐SEEBURGER合作
提供跨境贸易解决方案

（吉隆坡7日讯）迪耐（DNEX，4456，主板科技股）子公司DNeXPORT，与SEEBURGER AG合作，为无缝和安全跨境贸易提供全面的解决方案。

双方今日缔结合作关系，两家公司代表为迪耐执行副主席拿督三苏胡申、执行董事拿督黄锦贤、SEEBURGER全球业务发展高级副总裁乌尔夫佩尔森，及策略营销发展主管古鲁度特。

根据文告，迪耐将把SEEBURGER的业务集成套件（BIS），整合进数字物流平台1 Trade，以为用户加强业务整合解决方案的能力。

1 Trade是迪耐在去年10月时推出的国内首个货船和贸易管理门户网站，能把供应链和跨境物流聚合一起，以简化货船和贸易管理的过程。

该平台锁定贸易便利化和物流领域的业务，尤其是出口商、进口商和物流服务供应商。

迪耐指出，BIS能够无缝整合所有系统、应用程序、业务伙伴和云端服务，通过使用BIS，可以即时读取任何一个地方的数据，从而提高营业额和盈利能力。

此外，迪耐还将在大马、亚洲区域，以及SEEBURGER业务所在地，一起营销BIS和1 Trade。

三苏胡申指出，1 Trade能够帮助用户改善生产力，及大规模创造跨境商业机会。

迪耐子公司获1800万合约

（吉隆坡27日讯）迪耐（DNEX，4456，主板科技股）通过子公司DNeX油田服务私人有限公司，获颁价值约1800万令吉合约，提供定向钻井设备给Baker Hughes（马来西亚）私人有限公司

根据合约，迪耐是Baker Hughes在亚太和中东国家定向钻井营运的设备支援供应商，包括提供定向钻井、随钻测量和随钻测井设备。

合约为期两年，从3月1日开始，合约价值每年估计达900万令吉，并有延长合约高达2年的选择权。

集团董事经理再纳阿比丁指出，这项合约延伸迪耐和Baker Hughes的合作关系，并可涉足另一些海外市场。

当迪耐在2015年进军市场时，是本地首家提供定向钻井、随钻测量和随钻测井设备的自营公司，至今仍维持不变。【e南洋】

携手当地伙伴 迪耐在菲发展清真园区

（吉隆坡27日讯）迪耐（Dagang NeXchange Bhd）将与菲律宾Department of Education Region V及Naga City合作，在当地共同发展一座清真园区。

迪耐通过独资子公司Global Market eCommerce私人有限公司，最近与两造签署了两份谅解备忘录（MoU），一同发展清真园。

根据MoU，迪耐被授予独家权利，提供清真园包括研究与开发，以及产品与服务认证等方案。

这些方案还包括建立和管理园区内的清真物流、提供清真相关培训，并在园区内推广国际上所有认证的清真产品。

迪耐还同意为该园区建立一个清真认证机构。

迪耐执行副主席Datuk Samul Husin指出，清真领域的机会庞大，因穆斯林占世界70多亿人口的约四分之一。

他表示，清真领域越来越受到人们的关注，而迪耐对清真物流有浓厚的兴趣。清真物流可定义为确保产品和食品在整个供应链中的保持清真。

迪耐目前营运GoHalal eMarketplace，公司或个人可以为其产品和服务获得供应商或买家，并通过点击获取和交换行业信息。

迪耐签2项MoU 扩大区域清真交易

（吉隆坡9日讯）迪耐（Dagang NeXchange Bhd）独资子公司Global Market eCommerce私人有限公司（GMeC）签署两项谅解备忘录（MoU），扩大跨越东盟地区、中国和台湾的跨境清真产品交易。

根据第一项MoU，营运GoHalal eMarketplace的GMeC，将与Hub International私人有限公司合作。后者经营Pure Good Hub在东盟和中国的清真产品综合跨境交易服务。

此次合作，将为GoHalal eMarketplace和Pure Good Hub的网络商户提供更多渠道，通过传统超市零售商和替代清真供应链如便利商店、食品摊、餐馆和婚宴承办商扩大新加坡和大马市场。

第二项MoU是与网络覆盖中国、欧洲和台湾的eHalal.com营运商GM E-Commerce Malaysia私人有限公司所签署的。

迪耐在文告指出：“双方将通过跨境电子商务平台和离线跨境展销中心，共同推动供应商资源交换和推广清真产品。”

迪耐执行副主席Datuk Samsul Husin表示：“通过这些合作关系，我们希望扩大在清真行业，即东盟、中国和台湾等主要市场的版图。”

Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(5) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of DNeX wishes to announce that Dagang Net Technologies Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of DNeX, has on 24 April 2018 acquired 800,000 ordinary shares, representing 80% equity interest in DNeXPORT Sdn. Bhd. (“DNeXPORT”) from DNeX, for a total cash consideration of RM800,000.00 (“Internal Re-organisation”). DNeXPORTwas incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act 1965 on 16 May 2014 and itsissued and paid-up share capitalisRM1,000,000.00 comprising 1,000,000 ordinary shares. The principal activity of DNeXPORT is provision of technical consultancy, implementation, training, maintenance and technical support services related to eBusiness and the operation of business-to-business (B2B) eCommerce portal. Upon completion of the Internal Re-organisation, DNeXPORThas become an indirect80% owned subsidiary of DNeX. The Internal Re-organisation will not have any effect on the issued and paid-up share capital and the substantial shareholders’ shareholding of the Company as it does not involve issuance of new shares by the Company. The Internal Re-organisation is not expected to have a material effect on the earnings or net assets per share of the DNeX Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2018. Datuk Samsul bin Husin is Executive Deputy Chairman of DNeX and also, Executive Chairman of Dagang Net Technologies Sdn. Bhd. Dato’ Wong Kam Yin is Executive Director of DNeX and also, Director of DNeXPORT. He has 20% equity interest in DNeXPORT.
