GRN37588 AND PM2192, LOT NOS. 8063 AND 8065 RESPECTIVELY, IN MUKIM TANJONG MINYAK, DAERAH MELAKA TENGAH, NEGERI MELAKA, AND BEARING POSTAL ADDRESS AT LOT 8063 AND LOT 8065, JALAN NOBAT 9, TAMAN PERINDUSTRIAN BUKIT RAMBAI, 75260 MELAKA, FOR A PURCHASE CONSIDERATION OF RM1,350,000 TO BE SATISFIED ENTIRELY IN CASH
On behalf of the Board of Directors of TSiC, Sierac Corporate Advisers Sdn. Bhd. wishes to announce that BPE Synergy Engineering Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of TSiC, had on 22 August 2025 entered into two (2) conditional sale and purchase agreements with Dr Ir Lim Chot Hun, Muhammad Danish Chan Bin Abdullah and Ong Jun Yao, for the proposed acquisitions of two (2) parcels of industrial land held under Title Nos. GRN37588 and PM2192, Lot Nos. 8063 and 8065 respectively, in Mukim Tanjong Minyak, Daerah Melaka Tengah, Negeri Melaka, and bearing postal address at Lot 8063 and Lot 8065, Jalan Nobat 9, Taman Perindustrian Bukit Rambai, 75260 Melaka, for a purchase consideration of RM1,350,000 to be satisfied entirely in cash ("Proposed Acquisitions"). Please refer to the attachment for further details of the Proposed Acquisitions. This announcement is dated 22 August 2025.
