Dear All ,
When i get the key last weekend , i saw my the workmanship is very poor ,those door ,wall and floor have a lot of defect .
The 2 bedroom were very small compare to showroom ,if put a queen size bed ,no more place can wall already.
As discuss with management ,we can compile all the photo during showroom unit and compare now the bedroom size .Request developer give us the solution .
I suggest arrange one day ,those owner have a gathering and compile to documents and comment for the unit and surrounding , request developer to settle to issues one by one .
Outside view look OK ,but when we go inside ,really like a flat , corridor concrete finishes really look like flat.
so that we can share our experience and contact for those price comparison and bargain with the supplier and sub-contractor if we need do renovation .
Any one ok ? We can fit on saturday or sunday afternoon than we can sharing each other info.

now got another problem at Eastbay.
Today got 3 indian guys inside eastbay which stop all the renovation contractor to do their works.
the indian guys said that eastbay is under their 'jaga' and all the renovation works HAVE TO BE DONE BY THEIR RENOVATION COMPANY.
heard that they are gangster and now really causing tension for us to do the renovation works. |

Management 很担心，她需要我们 Write in Complaint给她，然后她才能forward给发展商.
那些印度人说在construction的时候，他们的老大已经‘jaga'我们的eastbay了。
有点恐怖！！！
