hihi. just read through all the comment, rubber investment quite ok now o...
the price also high now , my Hometown Gemas got 3.67 today..
dunno how is yours price out there??
one of my relative also collect rubber 1, in the rubber estate...
now rich d lor... everyday many ppl sold to him ...
get ropped by INDON few time d..
hehe.. ya lor..
by the way, got any way that can be work like my relative ?
everyday half day work only..

i heard that my place sold around 50k to 60k per ekar o ...
quite expensive also o.. coz heard that mother buy the land around 10k at her time..
got like 9 to 10 year tree de....
dunno ok or not... |

我这里近JB ，10 多年搭上发展列车，1 依吉 100 多千是平常事。
有地主农地被高速公路征用，
赔了数百千，一辈子没见过那么多钱，激动到泪流滿面。。
现在，地皮都很贵了，就连偏僻的地方，也因为有养燕而炒高。。
当然，以前留下来的，就可高枕无忧了，
农作物不值钱？不要紧，地皮值钱就好。 |

但是都沒什麽可能買到那麽遠去吧.?
我也是有興趣看看收膠的執照容易拿嗎?
