不是哦,下个月才launch呢,现在open for registration。三层shoplot,20x60,RM1.6m起。目前价格算很超值了,下个月launch的时候肯定不止这个价!

JOHOR BARU: Prime Minister Najib Tun Razak and his Singaporean counterpart Lee Hsien Loong yesterday jointly launched Afiniti Medini, the urban wellness project, and Avira, the resort wellness project, both located in Medini, Iskandar Malaysia.
The two leaders also officiated at the groundbreaking ceremony of Afiniti Medini.
“I see significant investments coming from Singapore into Malaysia,” Najib said.
He also stressed the importance of relocating and setting up new companies from Singapore to Iskandar and creating new investments in Iskandar.
“Malaysia has shown a lot of commitment in Iskandar in terms of investments, and expects a lot more investments coming from Singapore and within the region.
“There are investments coming to Singapore but cannot quite fit into Singapore. These investments will go to Iskandar because the prospects are very good here and there is also a spill-over effect from Singapore to Iskandar,” said Lee.
Wellness, the core product offering of Afiniti Medini and Avira, is a response to the growing demand for a wellbalanced life.
Afiniti Medini, the urban wellness project, will be a regional destination for families, tourists and professionals looking to combine wellness, retail and hospitality experiences as well as corporate training needs in a holistic package.
Afiniti Medini is developed by Pulau Indah Ventures Sdn Bhd (PIV), a 50-50 venture between Khazanah Nasional Bhd and Temasek Holdings Pte Ltd, while Avira is developed by Nuri Merdu Sdn Bhd, a 50-50 joint-venture company between PIV and E&O Oriental Bhd.
“The achievement of the event today, the unveiling of both project names, all demonstrates PIV’s commitment towards the successful development of Afiniti Medini and Avira,” said PIV chairman Syed Zainol Anwar Syed Putra Jamalullail.
Avira, the resort wellness project, will provide residents a retreat-like lifestyle all year round, surrounded by lush greenery in a 210-acre (RM84.98ha) development.
Key partners
CIMB Investment Bank Bhd, The Ascott Ltd and Parkway Pantai Ltd have been appointed as key partners for Afiniti Medini. They were selected for their expertise and track record in their respective sectors.
Afiniti Medini provides holistic experience through its five key offerings – a corporate training centre, serviced apartments, strata residences, a wellness centre and a retail component.
CIMB will be the anchor tenant, using the centre for its regional CIMB Leadership Academy.
Somerset Medini Iskandar serviced apartments, managed by Ascott, will provide quality hospitality services and a wellness centre while Parkway Pantai will bring to this development an integrated wellness centre which is the first of its kind in the region.
A retail component comprises speciality shops and food and beverage outlets that extends the wellness concept coherently through the development.
The strata residences are expected to be launched in the second-quarter of 2013 while Afiniti Medini is targeted to be completed by end-2015.
Fringed by a natural mangrove forest, Avira offers bungalows, semi-detached homes, terrace homes, condominiums, serviced apartments and commercial elements including a retail village.
A dedicated 12.5-acre wellness sanctuary will offer residents a wellness experience, encompassing wellness facilities and services.
The double-storey terrace homes are expected to be launched later this year.

(新山13日讯)柔佛州政府内部消息向《南洋商报》证实,填海工程是为了发展设于马新第二通道附近,面积2000亩的“免税城”计划。
据不具名的可靠消息指出,有关发展计划是由中国外资碧桂园集团和柔州人民基建集团所负责,并已于4个月前和州政府展开初步洽谈。
据知,免税城发展计划原先是拟定在第二通道附近鉴定地段,但据悉,该区土地大部分属私人地主持有。
据了解,该计划一旦成形,或将是全马最大型的免税及金融中心。目前我国共有3个免税岛屿,即浮罗交怡丶纳闽及刁曼岛。
除了岛屿外,国内本岛并没有一个大型免税城,为此与新加坡毗邻,极力于开拓国际市场的依斯干达特区,获看好成为发展此计划的策略性地点。

免税及金融中心?? labuan都做到半生不死,水上浮城...成功率有点怀疑! 不过还是宁愿相信母猪会上树.

应该有很多小新的退休者到这里买.

买农业地来种大麻, 罂粟...降低医药麻醉成本!

有一成功的新加坡投资者极力推荐这个盘。值不值得,见仁见智,不过买的人肯定非富即贵,这个盘很靠近第二通道,处在medini特区,而且毗邻sunway iskandar, 尤其吸引人之处,而且最后的finishing 好像是full furnish. 除了99 年leasehold 不好外,看不出这个盘有什么大缺点。

请参考我上面的回复。除了以上几点外,这个计划是新马两地的合作计划,依照惯例,所能够得到的反应应该很好。
