如果不急着搬进去就让发展商去做吧，可以的话不要花冤枉钱

我打算尽快装修好搬进去，大家也一样吧，投诉那些小小事情居然要一个月才处理好，我打算自己做就好了，什么都拖时间，屋子要供期，管理费每个月给，老这样拖对我们已买了的人哪里好？

糟糕，我的是type c应该会更小。之前show room 有那片玻璃，本来想就算不包应该也能够自己做。感觉被骗了 ...

可是为了等这个屋子我们一家在租房子住，一个月租金就1000，这里新屋子也要供期，管理费，算起来不划算呀

他说如果我们有几个以上跟他安的话， 他会扣给我们哦

I am hoping everyone will not only feed back the defects of your units but also the common areas like the corridor, facilities, etc.

Following are my observations and feedback:

1) We shall ask the developer to tile the corridor. I am considering perhaps we can urge the management to see to it. If we were to do it ourselves, there are 8 units each floor. If the cost is divided by 8, it is not much really. Our units can fetch better price if the place can leave a good impression to everyone. (走廊安地砖-印象很不好，好像廉价屋, 这会影响我们的房子价格)

2) We shall ask the developer to redo the gym's flooring. If you notice, there are bumps on the rubber tiles. Come on, we have yet to use it and the tiles are already in this condition. (健身房地砖肿要重做)

3) We shall ask the developer to redo the floor tiles in our unit. The sharp edges of the tiles can really cut. (房子地砖很利要重做)

4) We shall the developer to redo the benches on the roof deck. They are in bad condition. You can see cracks. (屋顶长凳有裂缝要重做)

5) The unit is indeed looks smaller than the show unit. We shall bring it up to the developer. (房子比显示单位更小）

6) I would suggest everyone to "flood" your bathrooms if you have collected keys to see if the water leaks into the unit below. This is the only way to find out. If water leaks into the unit below, the unit above will be accountable for it and we shall ask developer to redo it.

Together let's make it a better place for everyone to live in. I would suggest someone to compile a list of defects or your observations for everyone's reference. Please do note that we require everyone to do his part to feed back to the developer.
