B1 Review of Performance of the Company and its Principal Subsidiaries
The Group reported a pre-tax profit of RM37.1million and a consolidated revenue of RM142.3million for
the current first quarter, compared to pre-tax profit of RM39.4million and consolidated revenue of
RM72.0million respectively achieved in the previous year’s corresponding period. Besides an increase in
brokerage income, the Group enjoyed a significant increase in hotel revenue with the increase in number of hotels in operation during the current financial quarter, as compared to previous year’s corresponding period. However, the Group’s pre-tax profit in the current quarter was dragged down by the increase in depreciation, mainly on hotel assets, decrease in write-back of impairment loss on receivables, and increase in foreign exchange translation loss.

怪不得 Director 一直买入 TAGB-PA ，TAGB入选富时70，我把钱买了 BjCorp，所以没钱买了，两个业绩都是9月未宣布，希望都有好成绩！

TAGB-PA 不是母股，，他买可能不是代表最近业绩还是股息会很好，而是感觉价钱太低。值得。买来收等换母股可以赚。又可以保证控制权，用最少的钱买最多的东西，只要一间公司没什么负债。又有新家坡的酒店还有地产，，股价太低会给别人收购。它最近本地地产都没有发展。只买地收。。

馬股回吐昨日漲勢

日本政府今天進場干預，阻升日圓，為2004年來首見。亞股在日股漲勢的帶領下，漲多跌少。馬股則受套利影響，回吐昨日漲勢，不過仍站穩1470點關口。分析員指出，馬股短期走勢在衝破1470點關口後有過熱的風險，不過目前短期的走勢仍維持上揚趨勢。
截至中午12點30分休市，富時綜指報1470.72點，跌3.72點；富時創業板指數報3780.42點，挫3.72點；富時全股項指數報9802.92點，下滑26.79點。
金融股指數挫跌44.29點，掛13335.38點；種植股指數報6913.63點，跌18.04點；工商指數微挫5.36點，掛2794.3點。
全場上升股有213隻，下跌股則是399隻，另外272隻平盤。早盤總成交量為3億7113萬4000股，值6億1418萬5000令吉。
另一方面，金務大（GAMUDA, 5398, 主板建筑組）將取代即將除牌的丹絨（TANJONG, 2267, 主板貿服組）於本月20日成為富時綜指新成員。由於丹絨資本私人有限公司宣佈將無條件收購丹絨後，意味後者將從馬股下市，因此將由金務大替補。可投資權重為100%。
同時，隨著金務大的晉升，目前在富時70大指數的位置將由達全球（TAGB, 5158, 主板產業組）補上，於9月20日生效。後者將從富時效資本指數除名，可投資權重為30%。
