金虎获10亿意向书
森州建可负担屋
2017年12月16日
（吉隆坡15日讯）金虎集团（TIGER，7079，主板工业产品股）获得10亿令吉意向书，在森美兰沙都发展5000单位可负担房屋及相关基础建设。
该集团昨天向交易所报备，独资子公司Tiger Synergy Housing Development私人有限公司接获Elite Community私人有限公司发出的意向书。
金虎集团将在123英亩租赁地皮上，兴建15栋21层高的公寓。
推高建筑业务订单
该集团预计，该项目将推高建筑业务的订单，并带来营业额与盈利。
竣工后，销售产业也将贡献产业发展业务的盈利，以及降低集团负债率。
若无意外，双方会在3个月内达成最终协议。
一旦敲定设计，将向有关单位申请发展批准，料在12个月内获批。建筑计划取得批准后即可动工。【e南洋】

2. Descriptions of the Project The Project comprises fifteen (15) blocks of 21-storey apartments with three (3) different built-up areas namely, Type A (800 sq. ft.), Type B (900 sq. ft.) and Type C (1,000 sq. ft.), to be constructed and delivered by TSHDSB. The Project is expected to increase the construction order book and contribute positively to both the revenue and profits of the Construction Division of Tiger’s group of companies (“Group”). And upon completion, the sale proceeds of the Proposed Development will also contribute positively to the profits of the Property Development Division of the Group in addition to reducing the Group’s gearing ratio.
3. Estimated Contract Sum of the Project The estimated contract sum of the Project is RM1.0billion.
4. Timeline of the Project Planning Approval of the Project will be submitted upon final design review and approvals from all the relevant authorities and are expected to be obtained within 12 months and, construction works will commence upon receiving the Building Plan Approval.
5. Estimated Date of Execution of Definitive Contract Barring unforeseen circumstances, ECSB and TSHDSB are expected to execute a Definitive Agreement within three (3) months from the date of the LOI.
6. Directors’ and Major Shareholders’ Interest None of the Directors or Major Shareholders or persons connected with the Directors or Major Shareholders of the Company has any direct or indirect interest in the Project.

（吉隆坡11日讯）金虎集团（TIGER，7079，主板工业产品股）建议，把每4股股票整合成1股，同时发行高达1亿5000万令吉可赎回可转换票据。
该公司昨天向交易所报备，截至1月8日股票数量达16亿5217万8127股，将在整合股票后减少至4亿1304万4531股。
截至1月8日闭市，该公司股价达4.5仙，整合股票后将达18仙。
金虎集团指，这项股票整合活动将改善资本架构，让公司能够更容易管理较小的股票规模。
此外，公司也建议，分3期发行高达1亿5000万令吉票据，届满期落在2023年。

BHD., A WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARY OF TIGER SYNERGY BERHAD ("TIGER") AND HARAPAN HANDAL SDN BHD | The Board of Directors of TIGER wishes to announce that Pembinaan Terasia Sdn. Bhd ("PTSB"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of TIGER had on 12th June 2018 entered into a Joint Venture Agreement ("JVA") with Harapan Handal Sdn Bhd ("HHSB") for the purpose of undertaking a residential and/or commercial development project ("Project") in respect of the development of all that freehold land held under H.S.(M) 55825 PT 148792 Mukim Klang, Sungei Kandis, Daerah Klang, Negeri Selangor("the Development Land") strictly on the basis that HHSB shall contribute the Development Land and PTSB shall contribute and bear the entire cost and expense of developing the Development Land in accordance with the relevant approvals and the layout and building plans and applying and obtaining the relevant approvals and licenses from the Relevant Authorities in connection with the Project.
