Kindly be informed that the date disclosed for announcement of final subscription results and basis of allotment of excess provisional rights to allotment of Warrants is a tentative date. The listing date of the Warrants is also a tentative date subject to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad receiving the necessary documentation for quotation of the Warrants.
The Prospectus and its accompanying documents will not be made to comply with the laws of any jurisdiction/country other than Malaysia and will not be lodged, registered or approved under any applicable securities or equivalent legislation (or with or by any regulatory authority or other relevant body) of any jurisdiction other than Malaysia. The Offer for Sale will not be offered or deemed to be offered for purchase or subscription in any jurisdiction/country other than Malaysia.
Therefore, the Prospectus and its accompanying documents will not be despatched to the shareholders of YTL Power who do not have a registered address in Malaysia as at the entitlement date ("Foreign Addressed Shareholders"). 那就要看你的目的了。你的目的是warrant的话，股价是RM2。70你也照买吧？

每股凭单认购价是0.10
转换价是1.25
比例是1:1
如果YTLPOWR今天闭市是2.63.
按照今天的闭市价来算,这凭单的价值应该是1.28左右.( 2.63 - 0.10 - 1.25) |
