The Board of Directors of RTS (“Board”) wishes to announce that the Company (“Purchaser”) had on 14 April 2025 entered into a memorandum of understanding (“MOU”) with Exceez Technologies Sdn Bhd (“ETSB”), Pama Solutions Sdn Bhd (“PSSB”) and Worldory Sdn Bhd (“WSB”) (collectively referred to as “Vendors”) in relation to the proposed acquisition by RTS of 2,300,000 ordinary shares in Work At Cloud Sdn Bhd (“WAC”) (“Sale Shares”), representing 100% equity interest in WAC (“Proposed Acquisition”). The details of the announcement are set out in the attachment below. This announcement is dated 14 April 2025.
