是拉菲茲揭露他人公司戶口和毀謗。
他是 mati katak，載在自己的愚蠢。
2010 年的總稽查報告已經指出 NFC 不當使用中央 250mil soft loan，
2012 年 拉菲茲開記者會公開 NFC 銀行戶口，並作出毀謗指責。
他不是爆料英雄，他是愚蠢的 katak。

Rafizi Mati Katak- undisputed master of the pointless exposes.
Rafizi Ramli has just been sentenced to 30 months jail for breaching the BAFIA act by showing bank account statements of the NFC company in the year 2011.
Along with his 18 month OSA conviction which was upheld by the appeals court in the middle of last year, is seems very unlikely that Rafizi can contest in GE14.
He will need to overturn both the OSA and BAFIA convictions in court over the next few months but time is not on his side.
This BAFIA act is very clear. All banking information is private and should not be revealed to anyone else.
And what did Rafizi do? He held a press conference to show NFC's account statements in public to allege that NFC had misused the RM250mil soft loan (yes, it is a loan - not a payment by govt like the Penang Tunnel's RM305mil overpriced reports) to buy condominiums.
This turned out to be a fake accusation as Rafizi lost a subsequent defamation suit from NFC and had to pay RM300,000 damages to NFC.
Rafizi wasn't even the first person to "expose" this NFC company's troubles.
It was the govt itself that "exposed" NFC.
The 2010 Auditor-General’s Report saying that NFC had failed to comply with the objectives of its formation after a soft loan of RM250 million was given by the govt.
Therefore, Rafizi's "expose" of NFC using NFC's bank account statements to falsely allege NFC had used the govt loan to buy condominiums is a pointless exervise to hog the headlines then.
Not only was he sued for defamation by NFC and having to pay RM300,000 in damages,Rafizi is now looking at 30 months jail.

看了很多回答， 真的捏了一把冷汗。。
凡事要看大局和另一面的。。
之前难怪外资一直撤离， 原来是知道马来西亚的金融界的security那么容易给人泄露出去。。
经济不好，这要谢谢那些卖国者到处向国外兜售消息，苦了大马人。。就算民联上台后，还不是一样。
很多火粉认为向国外卖马来西亚的内幕消息后打击国内行情，经济和安全等等，
然后就充当英雄批评执政党， 算是贡献吗？
难道火粉不知道
国外大事报道。。也间接影响本地的经济也害了那些爱国人士
就算给反对党上任 治理国家， 也需要很长的时间才恢复，但是在那段期间肯定更多不满的事情爆发。国家将会缓慢的前进， 到时候又来埋怨政府。
