Referral Fee scheme are now exclusively available to CARI members, subject to terms and conditions apply :
1. Total referral fee =1% of selling price payable in cash in the currency of Ringgit Malaysia upon signing of SPA.
2. Referral scheme are available to the registered member of CARI forum only, regardless of old timer or beginner.
3. Upon successful of signing SPA, Referrer cannot reject the 1% fee pay by seller.
4. Buyer are well aware of the referral fee received by Referrer because of his kindness for sharing the good deal.
5. No restrictions of relationship between Buyer and Referrer, it can be husband or wife, facebook friends, sibling, neighbour or stranger.
6. Pay out referral fee is out of seller goodwill, hence it is not negotiable whereby it cannot be lower or higher than 1%.
7. Referrer must not declare the fee to the income tax report, and the goverment of Malaysia has no authority to impose the tax to the Referrer.
8. Referral fee pay out by seller are not refundable.
9. Referrer are strictly not a registered or supporter member of Barisan Nasional (BN).
10. All 3 party involved in this deal, ie. Seller, Buyer and Referrer must be happy upon successful signing of SPA.

买屋一天, 卖屋一年。这是很正常的。
很多时候也要看缘份
内人也不大愿意卖, 再怎么说对屋子多少也有点感情。

如果你的另一半不太想卖，那就不卖啊，因为卖了就没了，出租的话还在自己的手里。
虽然你的屋子的屋价是起了一倍，买了后就没办法用这样的价钱买回了。
