提升运输设备．四合业务扩全马

●业务焦点：

槟城运输公司四合集团（SEEHUP,7053,主板贸服组）的主要业务是供应内陆运输、集装箱拖运、航空和海路船运、货仓储存、处理货运等，除了北马几个州属，已扩展业务至巴生河流域和南马。

在已结束的财政年，该集团耗资200万令吉资本开销，购买新的运输货车、提升一些设备，为使业务顺利发展，在巴生河流域营运的子公司以250万令吉在巴生购买2英亩土地，供运输交通工具停泊，同时，保持其在沙亚南的行政与营运办事处。

2016年1月，集团联号公司Maruzen SH控股，在柔佛新山开始营运，提供物流与货运代理服务，这是该集团与日本Maruzen Showa Unyu公司联营的企业，通过掌握MaruzenShowa国际客户群，以及四合集团在国内物流市场的专长，塑造正面协同效益。

集团的核心业务提供货运与代理服务，该组业务营业额增至1580万令吉，前期为950万令吉，可是，内陆及其他物流业务营业额，则从前期的7060万，减至6500万令吉。

●年报摘要：

虽然内陆运输服务提供稳健营收来源，盈利赚幅保持严谨，主要是营运成本上升、零件、轮胎及其他行政开销增长。

集团专注扩展海路货运与航空货运业务，增值服务可以转化为较高盈利，燃油价格波动，不是集团的隐忧，集团的价格策略纳入燃油调整因素，可以冲淡燃油成本波动的影响。

在已结束的财政年，集团共取得8790万令吉营业额，比前期增加7%，贸易业务增长490万令吉，虽然不是核心业务，不过，是集团辅助物流服务的商机，销售的产品包括建筑材料，主要是向现有物流客户采购。

营运盈利从前期的1314万2000，减至86万3000令吉，上一年主要是脱售产业与器材取得额外收益。

不过，全年税后亏损32万1000令吉，归股东亏损85万6000令吉，相等于每股亏损1.76仙，前期则为每股22.88仙盈利。

集团拥有9630万令吉总资产，资产净值1490万令吉，前期各为9730万和1700万令吉，主要是现金与银行结存减少，其中一些现金用来派股息，另一些则用来买地。

四合集團投資1000萬 擴張巴生谷新山業務

（喬治市6日訊）檳城運輸公司四合集團（SEEHUP，7053，主要板貿服）看好各項基礎設施計劃將帶動物流服務需求，計劃投入1000萬令吉資本開銷，擴大旗下運輸服務業務至巴生谷和新山。

四合集團董事經理李綽民（譯音）說，大巴生谷（Greater Klang Valley）地區將有多項基礎設施計劃，公司會善用當中的商機。

他指出，公司明年的焦點在于巴生谷和大馬依斯干達（Iskandar Malaysia），因為有關地區的物流服務需求強勁。

“東海岸鐵道（ECRL）、隆新高鐵（HSR）及捷運等計劃，都將為我們帶來商機，我們可藉此機會提供物流解決方案。”

李綽民是在今日四合集團常年股東大會結束后，如是告訴“馬新社”。

除了大馬半島，四合集團也在泰國和新加坡提供物流服務。

他說，公司數年前進軍的空運和海運服務已取得可觀增長，但運輸和物流服務業將繼續成為公司的主要收入成長動力。【中国报财经】

四合772万购HCF 51%
拓展仓库物流业务

2018年1月4日
（吉隆坡3日讯）四合集团（SEEHUP，7053，主板贸服股）耗资771万3867令吉，收购产业出租公司Hot Colour Furniture（HCF） 的51%股权。

四合集团今日向马交所报备，已从文君集团（BKOON，7187，主板工业产品股）创办人拿督吴文君和吴文良手上，收购 HCF的 726万2386股，或50%股权。

另外，再向HCF另一大股东——丰成房屋私人有限公司，收购HCF的14万5248股或1%股权。

根据文告，HCF在槟城威省持有2.6公顷工业地皮，并有两座单层楼的仓库和一座双层办公楼，市值达2600万令吉。

四合集团指出，上述产业位于威省工业区内极佳地点。收购HCF可让公司拥有一座建好的仓库，来配合物流业务的发展。同时，未来也可将办公室和商业运作集中迁徙到新的地点。

而收购费用方面，四合集团称将会由内部资金和向银行举债筹得。【e南洋】
