MIKROMB (0112), 微科多媒体2005年上市至今已经有12年，公司主要业务是设计以及生产继电器 (RELAY), 產品銷售至國內外工程，除了本地主要工程如機場，新加坡地鐵、多哈機場等亦是客戶。截至2016财政年，公司有出口的业务从2015的37%上升到了41.3%，产品主要出口到越南，伊郎，印度，孟加拉等发展中国家。

公司在2005年底上市，净利从2005年的RM2.2 mil进步到FY2016的RM10.342 mil， 过往5年的CAGR 平均高达16.55%。公司的市值也从2012年6月30日的RM34 mil增长到2016年6月30的RM136.1 mil，4年增长了401.5%。

此外，营业额以及盈利在FY2016双双突破了历史新高。主要归功于公司不断开拓外国市场，控制成本以及增加生产的效率，因此Net Profit Margin才能够从FY12的16.5%上升到FY17的24.9%。从上图来看，MIKORMB在FY17要再次突破历史新高一点都不难，盈利有望在FY17进步20%或以上。

众所周知，越南现在是东南亚发展最快的国家之一。因此对分继电器以及电力产品的需求是与日俱增的，越南已经成为了 MIKROMB第二大的市场，营业额从FY15的RM5.67 mil上涨到FY16的RM11.11 , 进步了96%。伊郎以及印度等国家的营业额也成长了15 – 25%不等。公司在Annual Report中也提到会继续开拓东南亚的市场，展望未来会继续为公司带来更多的营业额以及盈利。

此外，公司产品也也被本地许多大型公司认可，它们的产品都出现在KLIA 2, SP SETIA总部，Sunway Pyramid 3以及IOI SHOPING MALL等大型商场。而且公司在R&D方面也投入了不少资金，所以公司很有信心本身的产品会在未来为公司带来成长。

MIKROMB的营业额在FY16Q2有了质的突破，平均每个季度的营业额是RM12 mil。16Q1季度 (7- 9月) 因为美金汇率上涨了许多推高了Net Profit Margin (NPM) ，不过随着马币在2016年走前而导致16Q2 – Q3的NPM下滑。最近两个季度美金因为美国总统DT当选而走高，所以17Q1的NPM再度走高到24.89%。

从CASH FLOW STATEMENT我们可以看到MIKROMB在最新季度有RM202 k的外汇盈利，这比去年同期的RM841k少了很多。就算如此，Profit Before Tax 还是比去年同期进步了9%，这证明了MIKROMB的Operating Profit是非常强劲的。

上图是MIKROMB过往5个季度的的Unrealized Fx Gain/Loss以及Interest Income的对比。公司的外汇盈利完全是随着USD/MYR的变动而起伏，因此16Q4当美金开始走强的时候，公司就由外汇亏损转变成外盈利。17Q4最后一天，12月30日的汇率是4.486, 跟17Q1相差了0.36，因此笔者预计最新的外汇盈利会非常可观，同时推高MIKROMB的盈利。


而16Q3的盈利是最近5个季度最差的一季，很明显是因为RM515K的外汇亏损所导致。

MIKROMB本身是一家Net Cash公司，净现金高达RM11.23 mil。此外，公司过往5年的派息记录平均高达49.64%，意味着公司赚的钱有一半都是用来派息。

此外，微科（MIKROMB，0112，创业板）在2015年9月1日以1172万令吉购买一块巴生地皮与建筑，为往后发展铺路。根据文告，微科子公司Mikro私人有限公司，今日与Alvano（马）私人有限公司达成协议。土地面积达4万3562平方尺，建筑包括一间单层仓库、一栋三层办公室和停车场等。


微科指出，由于本身的制造与销售业务已发展到更高层次，因此需要更多空间来提高产能与储存货物。这项收购计划符合公司的发展方针，所以将逐步把所有营运业务，都转移到当地。

为了获得更多资金发展片地皮以及建筑，2015年12月MIKROMB第一次Private Placement获得了RM8.5 mil。公司截至2016年9月30日已经使用了RM4.464 mil，剩余的4 mil分别会用在装修新厂以及买进新的机械器材。

虽然公司的部分的原料是以美金买入，但是MIKROMB大部分的销售都是以美金结算，因此美金走高对公司是利多于弊。最近几个月美金走高至4.45, 这将有助推高MIKROMB未来两个季度的盈利。

优势：

• 净现金公司，派息预计会维持45%以上，相当于周息率3%左右
• 公司出口的业务大部分以美金结算，美金走高对公司有利
• 公司买入新的地皮以及建筑，而且私下限购获得RM8.5 mil，预计新厂完工以及引进新机器之后，未来的产量有望翻倍。
• 越南市场一直在扩大，相信未来会贡献更多盈利。
  

风险以及缺点：

• MSC的地位在2017年底会到期，假设不能renew MSC status，公司未来每年要多给RM800K – RM1 mil的Tax。
• 新厂延迟完工，导致未来营业额成长放慢
• 建筑领域放慢会导致产品需求降低，不过通常会是2 – 3年才会看到影响。
  

2016年1月21日公司的股价闭市在0.585仙，过后就不曾突破这个价格水平。当时的全年盈利是RM8.683 mil,不过一年后的今年已经进步到RM10.496 mil。现在公司的盈利已经是历史新高，股价却继续横摆。

MIKROMB现在的PE = 16.45，虽然偏高。但是以长期的角度来看，只要公司的盈利保持着每年20%的成长，未来的表现还是值得期许的。

微科多媒体5送2红股

（吉隆坡31日讯）微科多媒体（MIKROMB，0112，创业板科技组）拟以5送2比例派送最多1亿2371万4520股红股，以回馈股东、强化资本和提高投资者参与度。

该公司发文告表示，将通过股票溢价户头和保留盈利支付红股，除权日将在稍后决定。

红股计划完成后，微科多媒体缴足资本将从3072万1480令吉扩大至4423万7231令吉。

推IOT產品拼赚幅　微科不加入削价战

（吉隆坡13日讯）儘管国內竞爭对手削减產品售价，但微科电子工业（MIKROMB，0112，创业板）將不会削价应战，而冀望透过推出具物联网（IOT）概念的新產品，来提高公司的赚幅。

微科电子工业董事经理严运华表示，虽然国內对手以削价抢市佔率，但该公司並不会跟隨，因为削价战不会因此停止。

「为了保持过往的高赚幅记录和持续成长，我们將在明年首季推出结合物联网概念，并花了4年时间研究的新產品和专注其他新兴国家市场。」

他在今天出席股东大会后，向媒体如此表示。

微科电子工业主要製造和代工生產工业用的功率因数校正器（power factor regulator）和断电器（relay）。

同时，他也说，该公司目前于大马拥有50%的市佔率，但是，国內未来发展力度料比起区域国家，如越南、印尼和泰国，来得逊色。

不过，虽然国內市场成长空间有限，整体市场已开始缩小，但该公司將继续通过拓展上述市场来取得成长。

另一边厢，该公司明年將拨出约500万令吉的资本开销，其中逾300万令吉用於装修位于雪州哥打甘文寧（Kota Kemuning）新厂房，而另外约200万令吉用作购买新机器。

失MSC地位影响微

值得一提的是，严氏说，由于承包商工程延期，因此该公司搬迁至新厂房仍需8至10个月，竣工后，新厂房將更自动化和更有效率，但是初期的折旧成本將更高。

询及已届满的多媒体超级走廊地位（MSC-Status）对其影响，他说，由于公司原本只有软件开发获得免税优惠，因此MSC地位届满对整体影响不大，预料介于100万令吉左右。

另外，他透露，展望未来，產品在越南和印尼的销售成长非常正面，因为其產品在大马来自新安装和替换订单各佔约五成，但越南市场的订单有90%是新安装订单，而且越南市场许多工业厂房仍未安装断电器，所以未来產品需求將继续强劲。【东方网财经】

The Company wishes to announce that the Board of Directors of Mikro MSC Berhad have declared a first interim single tier dividend of 0.5 sen per ordinary share for the financial year ending 30 June 2018. The entitlement and payment date of the dividend will be determined at a later date. A further announcement will be made upon finalisation of the entitlement and payment date of dividend.
