南达钢铁子公司被追讨54万

（吉隆坡28日讯）Danieli私人有限公司起诉南达钢铁（SSTEEL，5665，主板工业产品股）独资子公司南达HRC私人有限公司，进一步追讨11万5067欧元（约54万850令吉）。

南达钢铁向马交所报备，Danieli向南达HRC追讨11万5067欧元和利息，以及提供给后者的物品和服务额外成本。

南达HRC将会对该项索赔进行抗辩，同时，预计不会对集团本财年带来重大影响。

去年7月，南达HRC取消与Danieli在2011年6月16日签署的一项接近4亿2700万令吉的合约，主要是因为Danieli无法解决问题，包括出现严重违约及没有履行合约的基本义务。

之后，Danieli向南达HRC展开仲裁程序，追讨284万3651欧元（约1336万4591令吉）的赔偿。【e南洋】

（吉隆坡27日讯）南达钢铁（SSTEEL，5665，主板工业股）2017財政年第3季（截至3月31日止）转亏为盈，净利为3187万令吉，去年同期净亏899万令吉。营业额增加11.76%，至6亿6591万令吉。

首9个月，该公司同样转亏为盈。净赚8773万令吉，去年同期亏损1亿0848万令吉。该公司营业额上涨9.59%，至19亿8322万令吉。

南达钢铁净利及营业额双双增加，主要归功於產品卖价上升以及生產力进步。

同时，该公司今日也宣佈派发每股3仙中期股息，除权日及派息日分別为5月16日及6月1日。

南達鋼鐵首季淨利漲1.8倍

（吉隆坡29日訊）銷量增加帶動，南達鋼鐵（SSTEEL，5665，主要板工業）宣布截至9月底本財年首季營業額按年成長54%至8億9975萬令吉，淨利則大漲1.77倍至5342萬令吉。

南達鋼鐵向馬證交所報備，展望餘下季度，鋼鐵價格在今年7月份已至頂峰之后回落，但預計在基礎建設項目逐步展開下，（鋼鐵）需求將會回溫。

儘管潛在不可知因素，該集團董事局仍然看好至2018年6月30日本財年結束，財報表現將可讓人滿意。

截至9月底，南達鋼鐵手頭現金及銀行存款達7492萬6000令吉，按年增加64%。【中国报财经】

销售与赚幅提高 南达钢铁次季净利劲升91%

（吉隆坡13日讯）南达钢铁（Southern Steel Bhd）2018财政年第二季净利按年劲升91%，归功于集团的销售和赚幅提高。

该集团今日向大马交易所报备，截至去年12月杪2018财年次季的净利达6996万令吉，相比上财年同期的3655万令吉；营业额由7亿3157万令吉，增30.74%至9亿5644万令吉。

综合2018财年首半年的表现，净利从5586万令吉，增长逾一倍至1亿2338万令吉；营业额扬40.91%至18亿6000万令吉，同期报13亿2000万令吉。

南达钢铁预计，随着部分基础设施项目将陆续推出，未来几个季度的需求将温和增长。

然而，该集团补充，由于该领域出现新增产能，市场料保持竞争。

尽管如此，该集团表示，2018财年预期继续交出满意表现。
