不好意思william 大大,我会谷哥以下產業發展公司的循環節奏,

还有一个问题,希望你能够抽空分享,

就是,我发现公司的报告只是到 30/9/2013 而已,那么到31/12/2013 的报告有日期有写几时公开吗?还是一个未知数?

我看过不少人都会知道公司报告几时出,我却找不到头绪几时会公开。。

你可查回以往前几年的记录就可预测到,月份不变二月。。25 Feb 2013、27 Feb 2012、28 Feb 2011、23 Feb 2010。。有些公司会提早告知日期,这你得留意bursa 告示。。就这样。。  发表于 21-1-2014 11:57 PM

為甚麼互泰(GMUTUAL,9962,主板產業組)沒甚麼動靜?特別是與其他產業股比較?其股價徘徊在RM0.50之間,成交量又少,可以投資嗎? 前景如何?

答:
互泰主要涉足房屋、商業及工業的發展計劃、服務公寓及工業廠房出租、產業管理領域,包括進行土地聯營發展等領域。

自從該公司在2005年初倒置收購米達斯機構後門上市後,沒有證券研究進行剖析研究,及給予任何評級。

自2005年上市至2012年以來,該公司每年都是有利可圖,每年的每股淨利介於0.98仙至5.93仙,每年都在逐漸增加,可說是表現不俗。

該公司最新業績表現方面,截至2013年9月30日為止第三季淨利增長104%至1千138萬6千令吉(每股淨利為3.03仙),前期為548萬9千令吉(每股淨利為1.46仙)。該公司第三季營業額增長64.2%至4千544萬6千令吉,前期為2千767萬2千令吉。

首9個月淨利為2千402萬1千令吉(每股淨利為6.40仙),前期為1千615萬6千令吉(每股淨利為4.30仙)。而營業額為1億1千497萬4千令吉,前期為7千826萬令吉。該公司的每股資產值為77仙。

若以該公司2012年財政年的每股淨利5.93仙為准,假設其市價為50仙,本益比為8.43倍。由於2013年財政年的每股淨利料進一步增加,使其本益比進一步走低。

公司業務表現改善

該公司管理在宣佈業績時指出,業務表現改善,主要是一些住宅產業建築工程提前竣工,以及旗下工業園發展計劃反應良好所致。

同時旗下產業出租率也有改善。

該公司認為,截至2013年12月31日為止財政年的業績表現將令人滿意。該公司業務前景與產業領域,特別是住宅及工業及商業產業的興衰息息相關。上述一點資料供參考。(星洲日報/投資致富‧投資問診‧文:李文龍)

泰住宅商產工程發展總值3.7億

(吉隆坡26日訊)互泰(GMUTUAL,9962,主要板房產)說,現有超過3億7620萬令吉發展總值的住宅和商用房產工程,位于馬六甲和柔佛。

互泰副董事經理周桂葉說:“在勞工短缺和銀行抵押貸款規定嚴格下,今年房產市場依舊挑戰。”

不過,他說,特定地區可負擔房產和中價房產需求仍強勁。該公司為滿足這股需求,在本財年上半年推出3項工程,在兩州涵蓋綜合住宅和商業發展。

“我們將持續觀察消費者趨勢,並在未來選擇行推介發展項目。”

雖然房產市場前景嚴峻,但互泰在依斯干達的Austin 18發展,至今已出售半數單位。

周桂葉說:“Austin 18工程進展順利,在今年開始打樁,料6月可開始建築工程。”

他樂觀看待這新穎概念,加上屬可負擔類別,預計能持續吸引買家。

互泰本財年截至3月底首季營業額下跌37%至1945萬令吉,淨利大跌35%至350萬9000令吉。【中国报财经】

(吉隆坡8日讯)互泰(GMUTUAL,9962,主板产业股)今日宣布,旗下独资子公司Vinlane发展私人有限公司(简称VDSB)将在柔佛以1021万令吉收购两块地皮。

这项收购计划是为了增加集团的土地储备,并投资在策略区域,利于未来发展。

文告指,这两块地皮的未来发展,料为集团贡献中长期的盈利。

互泰出價1903萬 收購柔佛避蘭東2地

(吉隆坡16日訊)互泰(GMUTUAL,9962,主要板房產)獨資子公司Rainbow Entity私人有限公司,計劃出價約1903萬令吉,收購Messrs Berjaya土地私人有限公司位于柔佛避蘭東(Plentong)的兩塊土地,預計可在4個月后完成。

該公司今日向馬證交所報備,有關收購並不影響互泰負債。兩塊土地佔地各為農業用地(11.625英畝)與工業用地(9.8974英畝),往完成收購后,將把農業用地轉為工業用地。【中国报财经】
