HLB,PBB, HSBC, OCBC, Am, MBB, CIMB
PBB & OCBC - no feedback due to they said not panel bank, resummited again to developer PIC
Am & CIMB - no feedback
MBB - all loan had allocated out |

OCBC replied me within 1 week.. But i get 80% only..now thety try to appeal for me/
IF last resort, i will take Ambank...

I had sign loan offer letter from OCBC. Now waiting the final stage- loan agreement. Anyone sign?

Yup, some buyers starting to sign Loan Agreement... I called to my OCBC banker and Lawyer, OCBC side mentioned that they are finalizing some docs for my side... This 2 weeks might able to sign loan agreement...

十多楼面对jalan kuching 会不会吵?
作为投资,三年后才供,就算现在来看价格算是蛮贵,但是三年后屋价攀升后都不止这个价钱了,各位大大意见如何? |

Bear in mind, facing Jala Kuching is West direction.. Sunset....
For me, i dont mind the noise from Highway...

Yea, land title is commerical.. But service suite is residential title sice is under HDA...

utilties still based in Commercial... But you can convert back to residential after CF.. but it needs to take sometime to convert...
The entire concept is nice, but need around 8 - 10years to complete all.... Seriously, the leftover units are close to 500K... is quite exp for now... Heard that will launch tower 2 after comple the basement carpark..
