盈利賺幅萎縮 多美包裝全日陷跌

（吉隆坡14日訊）多美包裝（TOMYPAK，7285，主要板工業）次季淨利遜預期，首半年淨利只佔全年預測的23%，賺幅在這兩年亦不斷下滑，券商促“減持”並把目標價砍至70仙；股價受驚一度跌9仙至1.21令吉。
聯昌證券研究指出，多美包裝首半年營業額雖然只按年跌4.9%，但淨利大跌67%，國內銷量下跌和更高營運成本是主因；僅1仙的中期股息也低于預期。今年至今，該公司已宣佈每股總計派息3仙。
自2012財年次季以來，該公司的利息、稅務、折舊與攤銷前盈利（簡稱EBITDA）賺幅一直在下滑，今年次季賺幅只有8.4%，比較2年前卻高達18%。
該行認為，相比下，多美包裝的同行耐慕志（DAIBOCI，8125，主要板工業）把目前高營運成本的環境管理得更好，其過去數個季度的賺幅也穩定介于13%至14%。
“除非我們看到多美包裝營業額強勁成長的跡象，否則公司賺幅料將繼續承壓。”
該行給予“減持”建議，目標價大砍至70仙，下跌空間相等于週三（13日）閉市價1.30令吉的46.2%。
業績前景蒙塵，多美包裝股價全日走跌，開市跌2仙至1.28令吉，至休市已挫8仙至1.22令吉，半日有58萬8300股易手。
午盤時，多美包裝一度挫9仙或7%至1.21令吉，閉市收在1.22令吉，挫8仙，成交量78萬300股。【中国报财经】

多美包装大股东沽清？ 传每股开价最高RM2

（吉隆坡16日讯）多美包装（TOMYPAK，7285，主板工业产品股）大股东兼董事周文才和周袁良（皆译音），或出售所持有的25.5%股权。
《The Edge》报道，指现年89岁的周文才，过去两个月积极寻求买家，以脱售所持股权。
根据最新年报，他直接持有公司6.02%股权。
刚在7月杪从董事经理调任为非执行董事的周袁良，通过妻子持有公司19.48%股权。
消息指，正寻求买家的股权超过20%，足以控制却又无需强制全面献购公司。
他提到，周袁良正与数方洽谈，其中或有南源塑胶（BPPLAS，5100，主板工业产品股）。
这批股权开价每股1.90令吉至2令吉。相比多美包装周五闭市价1.22令吉，股权献购价高出60%。
截至今年3月杪，公司每股净资产为98仙。
周氏父子暂无回应此事，但有公司内部消息证实两人的确要售股。
周氏家族另一名股东周袁寇，曾是公司非执行董事，握有公司3.15%股权，但不确定会否脱售。【南洋网财经】 |

多美或引進新股東扭轉乾坤

（吉隆坡19日訊）多美控股（TOMYPAK,7285,主板工業產品組）可能引進新股東，分析員對此並不感意外，因為管理層突變和營運盈利表現持續惡化已突顯內部問題，但集團能否藉此蛻變胥視新股東的實力。
報道指出，多美包裝大股東兼董事周文才和周袁良（皆譯音）正為持有的25.5%股權尋找買家，並與南源塑膠（BPPLAS,5100,主板工業產品組）等潛在買家進行洽商，合理價為每股1令吉90仙或2令吉。
聯昌研究對此並不意外，因周袁良在7月杪卸下擔任超過20年的董事經理職務，市場已看到這可能是脫售公司持股的先兆，而多美控股營運盈利（EBITDA）賺益自2012年第二季開始惡化，也顯現出集團可能有些問題出現。
“現在，重點在於誰是多美控股新股東。若新股東財雄勢大將可很快將公司扭轉乾坤，而新股東若以巨額溢價入股也有望提振投資者對該股的興趣，並可能為股價帶來些微穩定作用。”
但是，截至聯昌研究看見公司出現正面變化跡象前，維持多美控股每股盈利目標，以及“減持”評級不變。

根据文告，这名大股东仍在寻找买家。
赵润良为新加坡人，刚于7月杪卸下公司董事经理职务，目前为非执行董事。

多美包装向马交所报备，相关股权属于大股东周文才以及丁秋月（译音）所有，两人所售股权分别为658万7600股和2129万9801股。
丁秋月为多美包装非执行董事赵润良的妻子，后者原通过妻子持有公司19.48%股权。

大股東售股價格令人失望‧多美控股前景看淡

（吉隆坡3日訊）多美控股（TOMYPAK,7285,主板工業產品組）大股東以每股1令吉30仙脫售25.4%股權予新東方資源（New Orient Resources）。
分析
聯昌研究認為，新股東僅以市價參股，出價不夠大方，讓他們失望不已。
不過，聯昌坦承，他們也看淡多美控股的展望，因此給予“減持”評級和70仙目標價。
據報道，新東方資源兩大董事分別是哈里米和娜拉西金，核心業務是進出口貿易、房產、證券等。
聯昌表示，多美控股是國內大型軟包裝商，自2012年起面對成本增加壓力，至今毫無改善跡象。
“即使出現新大股東，管理層換人，該公司想要達到收支平衡也非朝夕之事。”

多美包装第3季净利跌47%

（吉隆坡14日讯）本地市场销售放缓，加上出口面对激烈竞争，拖累多美包装（TOMYPAK，7285，主板工业产品股）截至9月底第三季业绩表现，净利仅达222万7000令吉，暴跌44.6%，上财年为401万9000令吉。
该公司向马交所报备，第三季营业额下滑11.6%，报5156万8000令吉，上财年为5830万4000令吉。
截至今年首三季，该公司净利跌幅高达58.6%，净利仅455万4000令吉；营业额挫7%，报1亿5890万1000令吉。

賺幅大有起色‧多美控股評級提昇

（吉隆坡17日訊）多美控股（TOMYPAK,7285,主板工業產品組）的賺幅大有起色，促使分析員調高評級，從“減持”提昇至“持有”。
聯昌研究表示，該公司今年9個月的營收按年增加7%，但受到原料成本增加及電費上漲的關係，以至淨利下滑了59%。
不過，第三季的營運盈利賺幅已經增至12.4%，對比第二季只有8.4%。
該公司在最新季度宣佈派發1仙股息，截至目前為止，總共派發4仙股息。這或許是一個復甦的現象。
聯昌研究說，多美控股10月份在古來以1千170萬令吉買了10.4英畝工業土地，以作擴產用途。
多美控股目前負債率在0.2倍左右，淨負債1千800萬令吉，因此籌集資金不成問題。
聯昌研究表示，10月份時，楊傑安（譯音）持有該公司25.4%股權，成為大股東，並要求擔任董事部成員。楊傑安具有資訊通訊科技（ICT）30年的經驗，但不具備包裝業的經驗。
該公司早前公佈淨利下滑，股價便窄幅波動，支撐點在1令吉30仙左右，直至楊傑安成為大股東後，賺幅開始回升。
聯昌研究表示，該公司過去12個月的股價淨值比（P/BV）為1.3倍，合理價為1令吉37仙。（星洲日報／財經‧報道：謝汪潮） |
