活力集团获7 - 11 合约

（吉隆坡23日讯）活力集团（FLONIC，0109，创业板）获大马7-11便利商店有限公司颁发商店维修合约，将在未来3年为指定商店提供店面维护服务。

该公司今日向大马证券交易所报备，活力集团子公司JIWA控股，旗下的JIWA M&E服务有限公司（简称JMES），于今日和大马7-11便利商店有限公司，签署这项维护服务合约。

这项全面预防及维护合约，内容包括店面维护与维修，及室内装潢、灯具和配备保养。

报备文件指出，每家接受维护服务的便利商店，每月必须支付800令吉的服务费予JMES。

为期三年的合约从今年6月1日起，至2016年5月31日止，7-11便利商店拥有选择权，可将服务合约更新再延长3年。[南洋网财经]

The Board of Directors of Flonic wishes to inform that Jiwa M&E Services Sdn. Bhd. ("JMES"), a subsidiary company of Jiwa Holdings Sdn. Bhd. (“JHSB”), which is in turn a subsidiary company of Flonic, had on 23 July 2013 executed the Maintenance Service Agreement with 7-Eleven Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. of Level 3A, Podium Block, Plaza Berjaya, No. 12, Jalan Imbi, 55100 Kuala Lumpur (“7E”) for the purpose of providing Comprehensive Preventive Maintenance services relating to the 7E convenience stores ("Stores"), including maintaining, repairing and up-keeping all fittings, fixtures and specified equipment in the Stores ("Services"), upon the terms and conditions as stated in the Maintenance Service Agreement dated 23 July 2013 ("the Agreement"). SALIENT CONTENTS OF THE AGREEMENT The salient points of the Agreement are as follows:- 1.        The monthly Services fee chargeable to 7E is RM800/- per store. 2.        JMES will calculate the Service fee based on the number of operating Stores which has been certified to be Integrated Maintenance compatible and invoice 7E monthly for those Stores. All invoices are due and payable in full within thirty (30) days of 7E's receipt of the invoice and at the end of each service month. 3.        The Services period shall be for a term of three (3) years commencing from 1 June 2013 to 31 May 2016, with an extension of another three (3) years in the event 7E exercises its option to renew the Agreement. FINANCIAL EFFECTS The Agreement is expected to contribute positively to the future earnings, net assets per share and gearing of Flonic Group for the financial year ending 31 January 2014. The Agreement will not have any effect on the share capital and substantial shareholders’ shareholding of Flonic Group. （吉隆坡24日訊）陳唱摩哆（TCHONG，4405，主板消費）創辦人丹斯里陳月火孫女陳秀晴（音譯），躍身成為活力集團（FLONIC，0109，創業板工業股）主要股東。

根據馬證交所文件顯示，陳秀晴在本月15日以每股10仙的價格買入公司1000萬股，隔日又以每股10.5仙的價格買入700萬股，使她所持有的股權增至6.72%。

陳秀晴的丈夫是活力集團的執行主席蔡輝文（音譯），持有該公司1.86%股權。

基本上，他與陳秀晴的背景相似，家族亦是從事汽車業務，即是大馬馬賽地（Mercedes-Benz）的經銷商合發吉星（CCB，2925，主要板消費）。

隨著陳秀晴增持活力集團股權，外界相信該公司董事局將出現更多有名的股東。

活力科技股权变动

（吉隆坡25日讯）活力科技（FLONIC，0109，创业板）发布股权变动通知，吴胜杰（译音）於6月25日买进了Novatige私人有限公司70.15%的股权，进而通过后者崛起成为活力科技的大股东之一。        

无论如何，Novatige於上周三（17日）脱售了2000万股活力科技股权后，吴胜杰间接持有的活力科技股权也减少至13.57%。

此外，根据大马交易所资料显示，活力科技前任执行主席袁运华也在当天不再持有Novatige至少15%的股权，因此也不再是活力科技的大股东。[东方日报财经]

活力集團有望擺脫6連虧

（吉隆坡26日訊）有賴於子公司JIWA控股業務成長的帶動，活力集團（FLONIC,0109,創業板工業產品組）有望改善連續6個財政年虧損的局面。

該公司主席兼執行董事蔡偉文於股東大會後表示，JIWA控股獲大馬7-11便利店頒發3年的維修合約，未來盈利展望更趨正面，其盈利影響預料將於2013年第三季，反映於賬面上，所以對集團的展望是正面的。

活力集團於2013年初併購JIWA控股30%股權，另享有額外購買21%股權的認購期權，並於4月30日正式把JIWA控股列為子公司，集團的業務也因此多元化至項目管理、室內裝修、生產和交易木製家俬。

蔡偉文還指出，集團於特大通過，將削減50%的股本以抵銷約為1千700萬令吉的累計虧損，加上若JIWA控股方面再捎來可觀盈利，集團便有望轉虧為盈了。

詢及對該集團連年虧損的看法時，他表示自己於2012年杪才受委為執行董事，無法對過往的業績發表意見，只能說2012年的確是集團充滿挑戰的一年，同時希望集團此後的業績能夠蒸蒸日上。

由於陳唱摩哆（TCHONG,4405,主板消費）創辦人丹斯里陳月火孫女陳秀晴（音譯）大舉購入活力集團股權，令外界揣測董事部可能出現變動。

根據交易所資料顯示，陳秀晴是於7月16日以每股10.5仙購入700萬股後，持股增至2千350萬股或6.72%，成3大主要股東之一。

也是陳秀晴丈夫的蔡偉文對此表示，目前並不認為董事部將出現變動，若有自然會向交易所做出宣佈。（星洲日報／財經）

（吉隆坡16日讯）近日股价节节攀高，而且交投炽热，並成为全场热门榜常客的活力科技（FLONIC，0109，创业板工业股），在今日接得大马交易所发出的股票不寻常波动（UMA）询问。        

活力科技的股价在过去7个交易日共上涨29%，从8月5日的0.155令吉，涨至今日截至下午3时50分的0.20令吉。闭市时，活力科技报0.195令吉，与昨日的闭市价0.175令吉比较，起2仙或11.43%。

该股在今天共有8020万2500股易手，是全场第5热门股。

活力科技在近日並没有宣布重大的企业活动，除了大股东变动。陈唱摩多（TCHONG，4405，主板消费股）已故创办人丹斯里陈月火的孙女陈秀清在7月16日，以0.105令吉增持活力科技700万股股票，使到其直接持股增至2350万股，或6.72%股权，而崛起成为大股东。陈秀清是活力科技主席兼执行董事蔡伟汉（译音）的太太。

在业绩表现方面，活力科技2014財政年首季（截至4月30日止）净亏损从97万令吉，按年收窄37.01%，至61万令吉净亏损；营业额则按年升418%，至340万令吉。

活力科技在4月30日宣布，该公司以375万令吉，收购JIWA控股私人有限公司30%股权的交易已完成。同时，活力科技也有选择权，以262万5000令吉，额外增持JIWA控股私人有限公司的21%股权。

Following the completion of a par value reduction exercise completed on 23 September 2013, the exercise price of the Warrants has been adjusted from RM0.10 to RM0.05, and will take effect from 9.00 a.m. on 24 September 2013, being the next market day following the lodgement of the sealed order granted by the High Court of Malaya confirming the Par Value Reduction with the Companies Commission of Malaysia. Each Warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new Flonic Share at the exercise price of RM0.05 at any time from and inclusive of the Issue Date until the Maturity Date (inclusive) ("Exercise Period"), subject to adjustments in accordance with the provision of the deedpoll dated 11 May 2012 constituting the Warrants not exercised during the Exercise Period will thereafter lapse and cease to be valid.
