Trustee Act  只是在管 Trustee.

Trust 有很多种.一般上我们谈的是 express trust 而已.

我赞成你说的
全球任何一个国家也没有所谓的trust act
可是，trust是under common law, 所以，怎么看怎么判就看各国的法庭了

保险如果你放你的老婆和孩子的话，不用included 在你的will 那里

据我所知，Amanah raya 的immovable estate administration fee 可以到4%
但是，我只收你2%或最高2000块而已

因为distribution act 只cover 马来半岛而已

请问“immovable estate administration ” 是啥么？

immovable 就是不动产啦
administration fee 就是遗产管理费，通常只会charge第一年的罢了
amanah raya 如果我没记错的话，应该是4%of ur immovable estate

无论如何，不要自己写自己的遗嘱，因为我们不懂它有没有法律效用及能不能顺利的转送到受益人手里

对~~~！一般你还需要给3500-4000 块给律师去申请grant of probate
这是公价哦，当然还有其他的legal fee
对，4%of immovable estate 你还是要给

是per immovable estate,你有十间的话，就会4% x 10 of each property

可以解释为何需要付这咚咚吗？？为何要如此关照‘不动产’？不动产不能遵照普通遗产去分配吗？

我肯定不会自己写一份放床底下。。

因为这就是他们的administration fee 啦。 不动产能遵照普通遗产去分配，只是在transaction 的时候，会被charge 这笔费用
