cash value會壓倒很低你要的$$。因爲cash value太低, no returns is guaranteed when Inv-Link depends on market performance too.

我的定义就是扣税[教育保单]。。。不是要求高回酬。。。。4%以上就好了咯。。。（因为不扣税，就中13%。 13%+4% = 来回感觉上赚了17%）。。。。
