属于正当职业。
但是如果代练者用了非法手段比方说外挂之类的东西来代练的话 那就是违反游戏公司的条约。也就犯了法。
目前我所知道的游戏代练很少不用外挂的。

实际上是不犯法的，因帐号内所有物为玩家所有，皆属于虚拟个人资产，若要转移买卖可以，但一般游戏业者都会禁止，原因多完免除不必要的转移纷争，如到帐号延伸问题等等。ps~虚拟个人资产在法律上是承认的

其他游戏我不肯定，但是maple游戏的所有东西，包括mesos、item、A-cash item、甚至是玩家的account，都是属于asiasoft的。这一点玩家在register的时候已经认同了。
如果擅自贩卖，算不算违约？犯法？

These DRMS are subjectto their own license agreements and you agree that AsiaSoft shall notbe responsible for any loss or damage of any sort relating to the useof the DRMS or your dealings with such third parties.
The Applications may also contain DRMS produced by AsiaSoft which allowfor communication between the applications you use or download and oursystems and which collect information describing your computer systemin order to prevent illegal or unauthorized use of the applications.


6. COPYRIGHTS AND TRADEMARKS
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN BY THESE TERMS, NEITHER ASIASOFT,ITS AFFILIATES, NOR ANY THIRD PARTY HAS CONFERRED UPON YOU BYIMPLICATION, ESTOPPEL OR OTHERWISE, ANY LICENSE OR RIGHT UNDER ANYPATENT, TRADEMARK, COPYRIGHT OR OTHER PROPRIETARY RIGHTS TO USE THESITE OR ANY APPLICATIONS OFFERED ON THE SITE. NO OWNERSHIP RIGHTS AREOR WILL BE ASSIGNED TO YOU.

YOU AGREE THAT ASIASOFT SHALLNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY SORT RELATING TO YOURDEALINGS WITH ANY THIRD PARTY ADVERTISER OR CONTENT PROVIDER ON THESITE.


10. NO INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR CERTAIN OTHER DAMAGES

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY
YOU AGREE THAT YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR ANY BREACH OF THESE TERMS BYASIASOFT OR ANY OF ASIASOFT'S AFFILIATES OR AGENTS SHALL BE, ATASIASOFT'S OPTION,

11-1. SUBSTITUTION OR REPLACEMENT OF ALL OR PART OF THE APPLICATION ORPRODUCT THAT GIVES RISE TO DAMAGES INCURRED BY YOU IN REASONABLERELIANCE ON ASIASOFT;

11-2. REFUND OF THE AMOUNT THAT YOU PAID TO ASIASOFT. YOU AGREE THATTHE DAMAGE EXCLUSIONS IN THESE TERMS SHALL APPLY EVEN IF ANY REMEDYFAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.


12. YOUR REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES
You represent and warrant for the benefit of AsiaSoft, AsiaSoft'ssuppliers, and any third parties mentioned on the Site, in addition toother representations and obligations contained in these Terms, that:

12-1. you possess the legal right and ability to enter into and makethe representations and warranties contained in these Terms;

12-2. all information submitted by you to the Site is true and accurate;

12-3. you will keep your registration information current;

12-4. you will be responsible for all use of your password even if such use was conducted without your authority or permission;

12-5. you will not use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms;

12-6. you are the owner of the Materials and they are original to you;

12-7. the Materials do not infringe any third party right, such as copyright, trademark, and publicity/privacy right;

12-8. the Materials do not constitute defamation or libel or otherwise violate the law, and

12-9. you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold AsiaSoft (and itsemployees, representative, agents, and assigns) harmless from breachesof (12-1) through (12-8).


13. LINKS; ADVERTISERS
The Site contains links to third party sites that are not under thecontrol of AsiaSoft and AsiaSoft is not responsible for any content onany linked site. If you access a third party site from the Site, thenyou do so at your own risk. AsiaSoft provides links only as aconvenience and the inclusion of the link does not imply that AsiaSoftendorses or accepts any responsibility for the content on those thirdparty sites. Additionally, your dealings with or participation inpromotions of advertisers found on the Site, including payment anddelivery of goods, and any other terms (such as warranties) are solelybetween you and such advertisers. You agree that AsiaSoft shall not beresponsible for any loss or damage of any sort relating to your dealings with such advertisers.


14. OWNERSHIP
The Site, Applications, and related information are the exclusiveproperty of AsiaSoft or its suppliers. All rights not licensed hereinare hereby reserved to AsiaSoft or its suppliers.


15. TERMINATION OR CANCELLATION OF SITE ACCESS; MODIFICATIONS TO SITE AND APPLICATIONS
If you violate these Terms, AsiaSoft may terminate or cancel youraccess rights to the Site and/or Applications immediately withoutnotice. 17. AMENDMENTS
You agree that AsiaSoft may amend or modify these Terms or impose newconditions at any time by updating these Terms on the Site or uponnotice from AsiaSoft to you as published through the Site or by email.Any use of the Site or order by you after such updating shall be deemedto constitute acceptance of such amendments, modifications, or newconditions. If you do not want to be bound by an amendment, you willneed to terminate your registration, if any, and refrain from using theSite or using Applications after that date. It has come to our attention that the buying and selling ofMapleStory Cash Items and Game Items is taking place in MapleSEA.Please kindly note that sale of Cash/Game Items for legal tender isstrictly illegal as the ownership of all items and materials belongs toAsiaSoft Online and Wizet. In addition, such illegal activities are notdesirable in MapleSEA as sellers and buyers will be solely responsiblefor their actions. There is no mechanism to ensure the exchange is fairand will be carried out entirely.

Trading of Cash/Game Items in the following are deemed illegal:

- Cash Items for Game Items.
- Cash Items for Mesos.
- Cash Items for any form of legal tender (Money)
- Game Items for any form of legal tender (Money)

We will like to draw all players' attention that the trading of Cash/Game Items may lead into the following possible scenarios:
                              

1.  Buyer does not pay for items received
	Seller transfers items first to Buyer Buyer runs away with items. If caught, Buyer may not have the items with him/her anymore. Items cannot be recovered.
2.  Seller does not transfer items for payment received
	Buyer pays Seller first. Seller runs away with payment. If caught, Seller may not have the items/payment with him/her anymore. Items cannot be recovered.

In any of the above scenarios, it is unfair to both parties andAsiaSoft. AsiaSoft cannot be responsible for the actions of the partiesinvolved as it is of their accord and risk undertaking.  Consequences for illegal trading include:
                                
* Ban period of 21 days
* Require Passport verification within 90 days

During this period, the banned user WILL NOT be able to play any game.Kindly note that each user should only have 1 Passport registered tohis/her National ID. AsiaSoft will have more games in the near futurethat tie in with the same passport.
                            Allbanned accounts (for hacking, scamming, drop game, advertising hack,selling cash items, selling accounts etc.) will result in theirrespective Passport being suspended for security reasons. Players willnot be able to login into their Passport and are required to perform anidentity verification.If this is not done within 90 days, the Passport together with all gameaccounts will be deleted. No refunds will be made for any A-Cash oritems left within.


ermm.....我的英文就差两点，不过我没有看到AsiaSoft讲所有的东西都是AsiaSoft的。
而我想说的是，AsiaSoft 可以 ban player的金钱交易，但是那些交易在法律上是没有犯法的，所以AsiaSoft不能用法律行动来对付这些webside。

就是说，你可以找人帮你练，你可以买游戏币，但是AsiaSoft也可以ban你，不过你没有犯法而已。

我們行行好，就別罵樓主了。樓主是否白痴，我不知道，但他不懂你回复他／她的意思，繼續pm 你大概也可理解他／她的智商一定很有問題。在這種情況下，如果他／她願意來找我，我會無條件介紹精神科醫生替他／她進行心理治療，如果證實他／她的智商屬於弱智，那我就好心幫到底，送他／她進入精神病院治療。如果只是智商不高，就找一些整天喜歡幫人的yb或者一些組織，送他／她去孤兒院讀書，提高他／她的智商，這種辦法是否行得通，我也不知道，或許有些人會提出更好的辦法來幫助樓主解脫吧。

我會說送他／她去孤兒院，我猜測他／她的父母一定早逝，家裡又無大哥大姐，叔叔阿姨又不理他／她的生活，他／她在教育不全的情況下成長，或者說應該是沒上過學，也可能中途停學，也可能因為沉迷電玩而荒廢學業，這可從樓主自稱遊戲之王可以理解，所以他／她才不懂什麼事是可以做，什麼事是不可以做。因此他／她才犯下你們所謂的錯誤，被你們責備。

那樣好了，如果有個人殺人，在法律上，他是錯的，但這個社會本來就有很多人是同情弱者的，像什麼人權組織的，就一定會向法官求情，說什麼他的父母早死，或者悲慘人生，或者從小就被人虐待到大，或者被賣豬仔，或者被人強姦後心理失調等等，所以才犯下錯誤，絕不可以因為他／她殺人，而怪罪他／她父母教育不當，因為有些人會說兒子／女兒殺人與父母無關，就像你駕proton撞車斷了腳，絕不能怪罪指proton出產爛車，只能怪自己駕車技術差。因為proton的車再如何比不上bmw，車禍的發生絕對和proton公司無關，因為駕bmw也會發生車禍。

所以我家人犯錯事，我常說，與我無關。我會這麼說，是因為有人這麼說，我才這樣配合。就算我兒子殺人，我更加會說，誰叫那人給他殺？活該？反正我兒子殺人與我無關就是，別罵我就是了。

所以說，你罵樓主父母出門撞車死是沒用。因為樓主還是會得那筆遺產，而樓主得遺產後，也對樓主本身的智商沒改變，搞不好害了樓主亂花遺產，樓主一沒錢，搞不好又做這種事，你們又再罵罵聲了。

你大概知道我在說什麼話吧? 你應該懂得我這番話中話的意思的。

或者說，樓主父母可能去世了，你罵也沒用。死人是不會死多一次的。

我不想多说什么！！我就提到了一个mygame8.com  就这样。装备 你们信就信  不信就算了 。。
你可以在论坛里去看 ，好象mygame8 在这个论坛上做了图片广告的吧， 有人说我用的的分身 。。。我感觉到 说我用分身的人才是真正白痴。。至于骂我的人 我只能说你的老师或者你的父母没有把你教好。
我有必要还为mygame8 打广告。。。自己想一想谁才是真正的白痴。
