We refer to our announcements dated 21 March 2007, 14 May 2007, 20 June 2007, 29 June 2007, 24 August 2007, 6 September 2007, 27 September 2007 and 28 September 2007 in relation to the Proposals.

Aseambankers Malaysia Berhad, on behalf of the Board of Directors of DCB, is pleased to announce that, Bursa Securities has, vide its letter dated 25 January 2008, approved-in-principle the Proposed Transfer, under the "Trading/Services" sector on a "ready" basis pursuant to the Rules of Bursa Securities.

The Proposed Transfer will take place immediately two (2) clear market days after receipt of the following:-

(i) A confirmation of placement of a box advertisement of the Proposed Transfer in a widely circulated Bahasa Malaysia and English newspaper;

(ii) A confirmation from the adviser that the Introductory Circular has been issued and despatched to the shareholders;

(iii) A confirmation from the adviser that all conditions, including conditions imposed by the relevant authorities which are required to be met prior to the Proposed Transfer, have been met;

(iv) A confirmation from the adviser that there are no circumstances or facts which have the effect of preventing or prohibiting the Proposed Transfer including any order, injunction or any other directive issued by any court of law;

(v) A cheque drawn to the order of Bursa Securities for the initial listing fees together with a copy of the details of the computation of the amount of listing fees payable; and

(vi) A letter of compliance which confirms that the provisions of the Articles of Association comply with the LR and Rules of Bursa Depository Sdn Bhd.

The current survey involves top 50 Second Board and MESDAQ companies. This represents the first of its kind with

regard to the examination of level of compliance with corporate governance principles and best practices by companies in

these categories. It is indeed encouraging to see that companies in the Second Board and MESDAQ categories have

outperformed small-capitalization companies in the Main Board with regard to the level of compliance with sound

corporate governance principles and best practices.

Perhaps this higher level of compliance is attributed to the fact that the 50 companies in the current survey are amongst

the top companies in their categories; hence are more visible that the small-capitalization companies in the Main Board.

This finding is even revelation where stakeholders can re-assess the perception that they may have with respect to the

qualities of companies in the different types of markets – Main Board, Second Board and MESDAQ.

The table 1 below reveal the top 10 leaders and top 10 companies out of 50 companies under survey with the potential to

improve the most respectively in terms of the Corporate Governance Score. The top 10 leaders are dominated by Second

Board Companies; with only one MESDAQ company – Dreamgate Corporation Berhad (which ranked No. 6).

In table 2 below reveal that Dreamgate Corporation Berhad rank No. 1 in the Trading/Service Sector under Second

Board and MESDAQ.

（吉隆坡31日訊）今日轉至主板的夢城機構（DGATE，0037，主板貿易），表現平平無奇，交投量也不多。

夢城機構今早微滑0.5仙迎市，以51.5仙報開，爾后走勢平平，早盤一度力爭游至52仙。

該股從主報股轉至主板，惟股項表現平平，並未激勵投資意願，直至上午11時36分時，成交量僅逾30萬股。

休市時，夢城機構暫以51.5仙掛休，下滑0.5仙，半日成交量僅達38萬6100股。

該股在首日轉板，全日徘徊在51仙至53仙之間。

閉市時，夢城機構掛53仙，起1仙，全日成交量達70萬4500股

我也不知道－－我只是希望她股价能翻最少一倍[1。400]再加股息每年最少0。20我就很满足了
