普通的floor plan snp里面没有吗？ |

Developer没蓝图是不可能的事！！是看它要不要给罢了！
我也很好奇，买新屋是没给蓝图的吗？（第一次买屋 ）

snp里面普通的floor plan只告诉你的屋身是多长多宽多高。内墙的尺寸完全没有！

其实装修也不太需要这些吧？这些拿量尺量也不会很难吧？ |

我也是第一次买新屋子，我也是觉得很奇怪，为什么没有dimension floor plan,还要花钱去买。。。。

i got my keys already. there are so many keys to test on the inspection day and also need to check on the wear and tear items. Also, any defective need to fill in VP7 form and let them rectify.
But there is no water and electric supply now. According to SEC staff, electricity and water supply need to wait until next month.

My house so far ok. Not much defective as of now. Now waiting for water supply and test whether there is any leakage. But my bedroom 2 sliding door key have problem so I have requested developer to repair it.
As per SEC staff, if there is any those minor minor thing (such as main door have stain, lock is not in good condition, gate rusty) not satisfied we can write on VP7 form to them, they will try their best to amend it.

我的bank已经full release 给setia了，可是他们还没call我哦..

by right, they will call on the day that SEC received payment from bank. I'm not sure whether is it overwhelming of buyer go and collect key. You may call to SEC office and ask about it if you still have not receive any call.
