避孕针、避孕丸、避孕贴都是有雌激素(estrogen)。哺乳的不可使用含estrogen的（影响母乳分泌，也有说法estroge），只可以用只含progestin的避孕针或避孕丸。3个月打一次的Depo Provera有副作用，就是会提到患上骨骼疏松症的几率，这个是不可以使用超过两年。

Depo Provera decreases oestrogen levels. Over time, this can cause a loss of bone mineral density and increase the risk of osteoporosis. This is particularly important for adolescents and young women whose bones might not yet be fully developed, as it is unknown if the injection will lower their peak bone mass and hence increase the risk of osteoporotic fractures later in life. There is ongoing research to determine this. Adolescents should therefore only use Depo Provera after all other contraceptive methods have been discussed and are considered to be unsuitable or unacceptable. Women of all ages who want to continue using the injection for more than two years should only do so after all the risks and benefits have been re-evaluated. 你把所有的资料了解后，考量它们的pros and cons，你就会知道安全套对女人还是最好的。

已经不要再生育的，不要使用安全套也不要意外怀孕就淘汰安全期和体外射精而选择结扎。我认识一位生了4个小孩的女医生是用结扎的。

我们不可以完全靠医生，自己一定要多做功课。

之前有看到罹患心脏病几率比普通人高。
可能就是雌激素的原因。
