私下配售‧XOX說慎選合作對象

（吉隆坡9日訊）XOX說電訊（XOX，0165，創業板貿服組）不間斷接獲許多合作獻議，目前還在“考慮”首次私下配售股票的適合人選。

針對該公司私下配售計劃是否已尋獲機構投資者，該公司首席執行員黃國興在股東大會後坦言，自上市以來一直有許多市場人士尋求合作而與他們展開洽談，也接獲許多建議書，包括聯營及併購等其他獻議，不過創辦人為確保合作符合公司理念及為股東帶來最大權益，會小心選擇合作對象。

“儘管我們只是年輕具動力的上市移動電訊業者之一，很意外業界人士對公司所持有的市場份額充滿興趣，在與許多人展開洽談之余，也接獲許多計劃書，會極力尋求｀對’的私下配售人選，未來若大馬交易所要求，會適時對外發佈消息。”

該公司是於今年11月25日宣佈，將私下配售3千零20萬新股或約10%已發行及繳足股本予獨立投資者，不過發行價未定，預計籌措約191萬3千令吉。

他指出，私下配售計劃主要是籌措資金作為營運資本，未來不排除再度進行籌資，不過拒絕進一步透露詳情。

業務方面，黃國興希望公司在業績及營運方面獲得改善及進軍新“特定”非傳統領域時，可逐步擴大市場成長，翻倍提高用戶人數。

“市場潛能大，而我們已在對的領域，市場亦允許小型業者進入利基市場，加上公司擁有強穩的華裔用戶群，相信一旦針對18歲至30歲年輕目標群的品牌宣傳奏效，將吸引他們關注。”

計劃明年推出2新產品

該公司計劃明年推出2項新產品，他希望這些產品將為市場開啟另一種消費方式，藉此為一般上網及店內傳統消費帶來新的業務模式，刺激用戶消費更多。

“產品已進行最終測試，料於明年第一季推出，有信心可引起注意，畢竟已為此準備了1至2年時間，希望這次可讓公司成為市場領導者。”

目前該公司為國內第二大移動虛擬網絡業者（MVNO），用戶人數約20萬人，市佔率不及1%。（星洲日報／財經）

根據報備文件，黃國興在1987年在通訊科技私人有限公司擔任銷售經理，負責銷售和行銷。

他在1992年，受MTL 通訊私人有限公司委任為執行董事，涉及行銷、銷售及企業發展。

他在2000年，加入Wilco 系統私人有限公司，並擔當董事經理的職務，負責公司的運作。同時，他也曾擔任Teligent AB 公司的顧問，並曾在馬電訊（TM，4863，主要板貿易）和新電信（Singtel）就職。[中国报财经]

（吉隆坡13日讯）XOX说电讯（XOX，0165，创业板）委任拿督蔡文杰担任公司董事经理。

自去年12月初，XOX说电讯前任董事经理黄国兴宣布退休后，该公司一直未有宣布新任董事经理人选。

现年36岁的蔡文杰同时也是LintasanMayang发展有限公司执行董事，他同时也在多家公司担任董事职务。[南洋网财经]

因为便宜所以可以进很多
注意到徘徊在 0.11 - 0.15，不可收太久。（纯属个人看法 ）

传蔡景康家族入主 XOX 说电讯等待重大宣布

（吉隆坡16日讯）对于市场传出来自沙巴的丹斯里蔡景康家族将入主XOX说电讯（XOX，0165，创业板）的说法，消息人士以XOX说电讯“即将公布企业活动”作出回应。

这名接近高层的消息人士对《南洋商报》表示，这起企业活动将让股东受益，但却不愿透露更多细节。

丹斯里蔡景康的长子拿督蔡文杰，本月初走马上任成为XOX说电讯（XOX，0165，创业板）的董事经理，而原任董事经理黄国兴则宣布退休。市场因此揣测，蔡景康家族或将入主XOX说电讯。

对于这个提问，消息人士表示：“我只能透露，他们将宣布一项让股东收益的好消息。”

消息人士表示，XOX说电讯委任蔡文杰担任董事经理一职，一定有经过特别考量，而黄国兴退休，也并不意味他将离开公司。

跟据大马交易所的资料，黄国兴在去年10月16日，透过场外交易脱售2010万股或6.66%股权，股权已减持至5.77%水平。

黄国兴续留任

消息人士强调：“脱售股权未必是坏消息，黄国兴也将继续留在公司。”

无论如何，这批股权的买家和细节都仍未浮出水面，蔡文杰和家族成员目前未持有公司任何股份。

现年35岁的蔡文杰，在去年曾担任XOX说电讯独立非执行董事，在不足一个月即离职，同日宣布担任XOX说电讯旗下所有子公司的董事。

然而，在蔡文杰出任董事经理一职后，便引起了蔡景康家族将入股XOX说电讯的揣测。

（吉隆坡25日讯）XOX说电讯（XOX，0165，创业板）冀望透过新电讯服务———Voopee，将今年的移动通讯用户人数，提高3倍至100万人。

该公司总执行长黄国兴表示，这项新的智能手机程式，将有助推高公司营业额，看好用户人数可从目前的30万人，增至100万人。

Voopee为一项智能手机应用程式，用户可透过网络免费下载，这个无需SIM卡的应用程式，可让用户透过宽频网络或手机网络数据进行通话，或者以低廉收费拨打电话。

他在新产品推介礼上说，Voopee除了拥有类似WhatsApp等通讯应用程式的功能，也可让人们直接拨打电话予Voopee用户，无需支付任何漫游费用。

“Voopee服务目前已在新加坡、香港以及印尼供用户使用。”

他说，目前，该公司的预付卡用户人数占95%，每名用户平均营业额（ARPU）介于20至23令吉；后付服务用户的每名用户平均营业额则介于70至75令吉。[南洋网财经]

XOX说电讯向马交所报备，于今年1月23日宣布的私下配售3020万股，定价在每股11仙。
