Query Letter Contents	We refer to your Company's announcement dated 15 July 2025 in respect of the aforesaid matter. In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad with the following additional information for public release:- 1. Reason for the termination of the Development Agreement. 2. The consideration of the disposal of the land together with the basis and justification in arriving at the consideration. 3. Salient terms of the disposal of the land. 4. Net book value of the land and the estimated gain/loss on disposal.
