Type | Announcement | Subject | MULTIPLE PROPOSALS | Description | PAVILION REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUST ("PAVILION REIT") - PROPOSED ACQUISITION; AND - PROPOSED PLACEMENT. | We refer to the announcements dated 27 July 2017, 31 July 2017, 16 August 2017, 30 August 2017, 19 October 2017, 14 November 2017, 30 November 2017, 4 December 2017, 20 December 2017, 16 January 2018, 16 March 2018, 23 March 2018 and 28 March 2018 in relation to the Proposals (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as set out in the Announcements.
On behalf of the Board, CIMB and Maybank IB wish to announce that the Manager has decided not to proceed with the Proposed Placement. The decision is made after taking into consideration the prevailing market price performance of the Units as well as the debt funding option and capacity available to Pavilion REIT.
In light of the above, the Proposed Acquisition will be fully funded via borrowings.
