1. 杏仁酥 Almond Crisps 材料Ingredients: 杏仁末250g ground almond 幼糖150g caster sugar 盐1/4茶匙a pinch of salt 杏仁香精1/2 teaspoon almond essence 220g面粉(筛过)+1/2茶匙发粉+1/2茶匙苏打粉 220g flour (shifted)+1/2 teaspoon baking powder+1/2 teaspoon bakingsoda 粟米油180-200g corn oil 杏仁粒(稍微烤过)100g almond nibs (lightly roasted) 涂沫~蛋黄+水 eggwash glaze~egg yolk+water 将杏仁末,幼糖,面粉,发粉,苏打粉和盐拌匀 (可以加入一些烤香的杏仁粒) 然后加入粟米油和香精揉成软面团 弄出你喜爱的形状 涂上一层蛋黄再撒上几粒杏仁粒 以170度烤大约20-25分钟或至熟
