I need to know d total volumn for account year 2010& 2011.
Base on project name , cost incurred , payment receive.
D totol cost and sales should be d same as in p&l.
Which included stock item.

Just use excel as follow Project name- total amount- total cost- claim amount.
It's just copy from d system project file(which now have many sheet) and to make into summary in one page by year 2010&2011.

Total amount = contract value?
Total cost = purchases + sub-con + tranport?
Claim amount = invoice amount which hv minus of retention?
If seperate by year, isn't it I hv to refer project status which update by engineer?
Ya. every cost in and year by year, just follow d year end cut off, so project in year 2010(wip) may repeated in year 2011 for costing, in this case, d total purchase shall be d same as p&l.
