有这样的讲法的吗?

昨天晚上八点多我去到Taman Kok Lian 的KFC打包，
l went to a KFC branch at Taman Kok Lian at 8pm last night.

我点了9块的鸡肉还有其他的食物。
I had ordered nine pieces of chicken nuggets and others.

在我点餐时，那个服务员说original的鸡要等20分钟，那我就说OK，等下我到回来拿。
The staff told me that the chicken nuggets take about 20 minutes and  i said ok and i will come back to take it.

当我到回去拿的时候，他又对我说spicy的鸡肉要等。。。（因为我order的是original加spicy的）
When i came back, he told me to wait , my order were the original plus spicy flavour.

那时我就问他，刚才不是有很多spicy的鸡吗？
I asked him: Doesn't you have some spicy chicken?

为什么你没有留给我？那个服务员就去问另一个服务员，
Why don't you keep it for me? The worker  went to another worker,

哪里知道另一个服务员就回答说“你要spicy的鸡肉你就等，不然我们就退回钱给你。
Suprissingly the other worker said if you want the chicken then you have to wait, otherwise we can refund your money.

”这个是什么态度啊？？？那我就说我不要了，那你就退回钱给我啦！！！
What kind of behaviour is this? I said i don't want and please refund my money!

她还在那边LCLY的样子咯！！！说“我不是manager，你要退钱你就等我的 manager来。。。”
She was cocky and said I am not the manager, if you want to refund you have to wait for my manager.

我等了差不多5分钟她的manager来到，我就问他你们KFC的staff是这样service customer的吗？
After 5 minutes the manager came back. I complainted to he about his staff.

他没有回答我的问题，也没有和我说“SORRY”！！！就退回钱给我。
He didn't reply me and said sorry either, thus refund my money.

我拿了钱之后，我叫他写那个服务员的名字给我，
After took the money, i told him to write down the staff's name to me.

他也没有反应，那我就站在那边叫那个服务员自己写名字给我，我等了差不多5分钟，她才写给我
He said nothing, i went to the staff to ask her name. After 5 minutes, she gave me her name.

。。。她的名字叫“SHIKIN”。。。服务态度超烂的服务员。。。
Her name was Shikin...such a bad behaviour employee.

Do you come to my house? 你来我家吗？（平时都来我家吗？）
Are you coming to my house? 你打算来我家吗？或（如电话中）你正来我家吗？

这些都是基本的语法，不是三言两语可以说明的。
基本语法是一套完整的概念系统，必须完整地掌握好，并懂得应用。
这是本地学生最大的问题，对这些基本语法的了解破碎不完整，也同时杂乱无章，
所以应用起来往往不知所谓而莫名其妙。

太长了，改几句吧：

昨天晚上八点多我去到Taman Kok Lian 的KFC打包，
l went to a KFC branch at Taman Kok Lian at 8pm last night.
I went to the KFC restaurant in Taman Kok Lian for a takeaway at 8 o'clock last night.

我点了9块的鸡肉还有其他的食物。
I had ordered nine pieces of chicken nuggets and others.
I ordered a nine-piece chicken meal and some other food.

还有还有：

has/ have finished （你之前有解释过了）
has/have been finishing

had finished （你之前有解释过了）
had been finishing

will be finishing
will have finished
will have been finishing

如果加上换去would又要怎样理解？很乱

语法正确，说的可以是同一件事，但意思稍微不同，重点不同。

...has been an accident... 发生了意外，那个意外的效果还延续到现在；
如在路上刚发生了一起车祸，造成了交通堵塞。
那起（过去的）意外，效果延伸到现在，造成现在堵塞。

...was an accident... 这句只是描述过去的一件事；
如上个星期在XX路发生一起车祸。

There used to be a playground at the end of the street.
There has been a playground at the end of the street.
意思一样吗？文法有错吗？
第一句：在这街尾过去有一个游乐场，现在没有了，已经拆除了。
第二句：在这街尾一直有一个游乐场。表达的是从过去到现在一直有一个游乐场，如果想说明游乐场已存在多久了，就会用这样时态：The playground has been there for many years / since I was a child 等等。
还有一种情况是：从过去到现在或不久前有一个游乐场，不过刚刚被拆除了，拆除的时间离现在很近.....

之前我看到一些网上的人说一般上问题does/do/did的后面是动词
问题一般上is，was，were这些后面是形容词

i have ordered/ I had ordered不行？也是过去式，而且这动作是已完成的。

视情况而定，你那句用 ordered 最恰当，你在叙述过去的一件事，用过去时。
