啊我现在才看到这个帖。
我也把上次我写给rapidkl的投诉信放上来。我觉得我们的投诉好像也起不了什么作用。。哎。
1。
First of all, i am the resident staying in Damansara Utama and i have to
travel to KL to work every morning. The route to KL is very congested every
morning hence i 've chosen to travel via lrt. However, the nearest lrt
station to damansara Utama is Tmn Bahagia lrt station, then i have to take
another feeder bus to get to the lrt station. Here comes the problem, the
buses to lrt or from lrt seemed not to reach on time. Let me provide you a
scenario which made me very upset this evening. I reached Tmn Bahagia lrt
station at 7.16pm 22.5.08, i was quite relief when i stepped down from lrt
because i thought i was able to make it before the 7.20pm bus started off to
Damansara Utama. However when i walked down the stairs and i saw the bus was
already started off and luckily i was still managed to get right to the bus
when it was just about to leave. and very "surprised" the driver didn't want
to open the door and asked me to wait for the next bus! and there comes the
problem, i have to wait for another hour for the next bus to start off! i
didn't want to wait for the next bus so i requested him to let me to get on
the bus and he ignored my request. I am really upset with the attitude of
the irresponsible and uncosiderate bus driver when he did that to me. Later
on i try to complain this to the Rapid KL's staff sitting at the bus stop, i
believe he is the person in charge to do the recording for the buses.
However he told me he has no authority to control the bus driver and the
time and asked me to lodge a report at the lrt's counter. and as expected, i
got the answer which is " we are not in control of this matter and you have
to call the rapid kl customer care line to complain". and i think i should
write in to get a response for the matter.

feedback on the bus frequency, we hope you can provide us with some date and
time so that immediate actions can be taken to bring back the consistency in
the bus frequency.
It is unfortunate that the staff on duty was unhelpful when you wanted to
lodge a complaint. We hope you can provide us with more details such as the
date and time so that we can identify the staff on duty and to take the
necessary action.
We thank you for your patronage in using our service and hope that the above
mentioned matter will not deter you from using the service.

Seriously, i personally think that the frequent of 20-minutes is very insufficient for the passengers. and furthermore, the feeder buses are supposed to get the passengers to get to LRT but the situation now is that we have to spend a lot of times to wait for the bus.
The Prime Minister had tried out the LRT himself and i belieft you guys know what you guys need to do to improve the situation. I am looking forward to seeing a better service.

Celcom Broadband
请问你们有谁有用过或在用着celcom broadband吗?我用了大概有三个月了。刚开始时只是用试用的因为想试看能不能,而且也可以随时取消。结果speed很快,整体都很好,还好过streamyx,就这样试用了约一个月后就取消了,然后就换contract一年的,因为觉得反正那么好用就干脆签一年咯。刚开始时还好,可是最近问题就开始来了。尤其是这个月里,经常都connect不到,不然就自动的根你disconnect,而且还是connect不到5分钟就断线了。我住的地区是绝对收线良好的。难道之前试用时只是给你一点甜头,好让你签了。等到签了后问题才开始来?我在想着要不要写信去投诉。你们觉得怎样? |

这些人,最厉害的就是推卸责任。不然就是大打太极,然后就不当一回事!
如果你投诉到交通部,交通部就会说这是财政部管辖的。如果你真的那么神通广大,投诉到财政部,他们又会告诉你这是交通的问题。不知道大马的公司在搞什么。。。。要不是他们垄断还有依赖政府,他们老早就死翘翘咯! |

通常如果是 mobile broadband 的话,不一定有100% 的稳定度。有时,可能是受到干扰,也有可能是他们进行维修,又或者是网络繁忙。如果问题还是持续,别再考虑,投诉吧! |

我不是来找咋,我只是想告诉大家的是,
当我们一直骂大马服务业领域的客服态度时
大家有没有想过也有顾客的”LCLY态度“呢?我自己也领教不少哦,
有些顾客,原本想好好的对待他,结果那种态度以来,真的气到血压高,
当然,如果大家在X大马各“大“服务业领域的客服态度,我没有意见,
他们都是”抵X“的,不X他们,哪里可以成才? |

其实,当一个顾客打电话或者发电邮到客户服务部门的时候,通常都是因为有问题,需要帮助的时候。如果客户服务员真的可以做到如他们所承诺的,客户当然会很开心。如果,问题发生了好几次而且都无法解决,你要客户不LCLY 都很难耶!
最重要的还是回到基本,就是客户服务员的态度。当然,作为客户服务员的我们,如果客户不礼貌甚至是“问候你的家人”,你可以拒绝帮助(但是必须先声明),因为这是保护自己的权利。反正都有在录音,你怕没有证据吗? |

真佩服楼主,虽然我偶尔也会投诉,可是没有楼主这么强势,要多学学
我也来分享我的经验
话说由于在新加坡工作,因为担心农历新年没有机票回家,就早早买好农历新年的机票,谁知道新年前一个月得知公司不批我的假,所以必须改机票。机票是MAS的,打过去后,他们跟我说因为我买的是business class,所以可以改期,叫我去新加坡某某地址的MAS就可以换了,还给了我新加坡的MAS办公处电话号码。心想服务还不错嘛。
谁知道,某天我拿了假,跟着那个地址去到后,发现那里根本没有MAS的办公处,我还以为是我找不到,就打那个他们给的电话号码,打了很多次都没有人接电话,心里还在骂新加坡的MAS怎么学会马来西亚的惰性,就又打回去马来西亚的电话号码。他们又给了我一个电话号码,同样打了几通都没有人接。火上来后,我直接去新加坡飞机场找MAS。飞机场MAS的uncle跟我说新加坡的办公处已经换地址了,所以我找不到(马来西亚没有update资料?:@ ),uncle给我地址后,知道我的问题后跟我说没错的话我应该不能直接换机票,我跟他说是马来西亚的cs说只要去办公处就可以换机票了,uncle很好人说他帮我打电话问一问,免得我白跑一趟,结果,竟然真的是不能换得。
打电话回去马来西亚的MAS问,那个人又跟我说他帮我查一查,然后跟我说我需要cancel我的机票,然后再买新的机票。而且要回去我买机票的那个地方退票,也就是说我必须回去hometown退票。后来想想那个cs也很可怜,因为过后被我念了很久。我浪费了一天的假跑上跑下然后竟然不能够换,如果第一个cs给的是正确的资料的话,我根本不需要浪费那么多时间和精力。:@ :@ :@ |
