I am writing in relation to yourapplication for a Working Holiday Visa under the WI4.55 MalaysiaWorking Holiday Scheme, which was lodged on 17 January 2009.
From the information that you haveprovided Immigration New Zealand, I have noted that you have limitedincentives to return to your home country due to the following factors:

• On your online supplementary questionnaire, you have not mentioned what your plans are when you return to Malaysia.
• You are currently pursuing a Diploma in Accounting and Finance, which is yet to be completed.
• You have not shown any strong economic, social or family incentives to go back to your country.
  

Immigration policy reference E5.1 Definition of 'bona fide applicant' states as follows:
A bona fide applicant for temporary entry is a person who:
a.       genuinely intends a temporary stay in New Zealand for a lawful purpose; and
b.       in the opinion of a visa or immigration officer is not likely:
i         to remain in New Zealand unlawfully, or
ii        to breach the conditions of any permit granted, or
iii       to be unable to leave or be removed from New Zealand (see E5.10).
Because this information may affect theoutcome of your application, this letter provides you with anopportunity to comment on it. Any comments you wish to make must bereceived no later than seven days from the date of this letter. Failureto respond to this opportunity within the specified time will result ina decision being made on the information currently held.
Please note, you must inform theImmigration New Zealand of any relevant facts or change incircumstances that may affect the outcome of this application.

1.  you have not mentioned what your plans are when you return to Malaysia.
写几句简单的，告诉他你回国后你会怎样打算，如继续读书呢，工作呢，打算从事什么行业。

2. You are currently pursuing a Diploma in Accounting and Finance, which is yet to be completed.
告诉他你的计划 -  -  读完后才去还是停课一年（好像外国流行的gap year）。读完才去的话，就告诉他你什么时候会读完，附上offer letter证明你的course会在几年几月完成。停课一年则最好附上学院给你的相关文件。

3. You have not shown any strong economic, social or family incentives to go back to your country.
他怕你没有钱回国，因为你还在求学，没有经济能力。可以的话，附上你或家人的bank statement。证明有人sponsor你回国。

以上是我的意见，不知各位大大有没有更好的？

还有是我很想回的时候去sydney玩，但是我需要申请visa吗？如可以申请那是几天？

我之前明明已经放了bank statement给他看的
打算回来工作
其实已经完成读书了..只是等待拿cerf而已

那就要告诉他咯，你不讲officer怎样知道？attach所有相关的证明如成绩，什么时候那cert。讲到详细点。

你的bank statement是不是不够钱？不然officer为什么质疑你没有钱买机票回国？

如果你在australia转机逗留不超过72小时就不用visa。旅行几天当然要入境visa。Visa从你申请日期起valid一年。multiple entry。

申请费要AUD20，不过我在KL一间旅游社申请才需RM20，只是print出来的一张薄薄的纸，希望是valid的。我回的时候会在melbourne逗留几天。因为check到christchurh去melbourne的机票便宜

我打算这个星期里告诉他..要收集起全部东西先..cerf 就不清楚几时拿到..可是可以证明就给他看我的degree 成绩..所以打算attach 成绩..

我bank statement 20k+以上 那样还不够？

悉尼我去过三次，没舍特别好玩的地方就比较复杂而已，如果要去澳洲不妨考虑黄金海岸。
我们打算在澳洲稍作停留，也会申请澳洲签证。
你可以去http://www.eta.immi.gov.au/，只须二十块，马上就能搞定了。

终于给我用到自己电脑上网了。 我上星期五到auckland, 我现在在te puke， 这星期没有工作开， 因为复活节。 希望下星期可在包装厂上班。 要来这的朋友， 如需要住宿， 可txt 我， 02104474473。 这里是pukehina， 有漂亮的海边，但最好有自己的车子。

以为这里天气还好， 哪知越来越冷。 在二手店可以找到大衣什么， 但是找不到卫生衣。 ：）

原来马来西亚有很多很多人来这里工作， trse.

但听说现在都不请trse， 因为把工作位子留给本地人。

现在到底还可以不可以延长 WHV?
台湾人什么的都可以逗留一年，马来西亚半年行程好赶 。

WHS是還可以延簽啦，只是延簽後就無法申請TRSE。因為現在只要工作超過6個月就不給申請TRSE，所以想好好、自己考慮清楚咯
