The Board of Directors of Tropicana (“Board”) wishes to announce that TFSB, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tropicana, had on 9 October 2024 entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Computility Technology (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (“CTMSB” or the “Purchaser”) in relation to the proposed disposal of a parcel of freehold land measuring approximately 38.527 acres (“Land”) (“SPA”) for a total cash consideration of RM239,987,765.16 (“Disposal Consideration”) (“Proposed Disposal”).
