这项举动，大大的稳定NTPM的股价。
不过，NTPM的股价还是会继续横摆。营运成本的不断提高，将对NTPM的净利造成压力，预料今年度的净利将比去年下滑。
这只股是很好的股息股，如果跌破40分，可考虑买入

Why NTPM (5066) become the first choice for me to invest? Now I would like to share my opinion about this company. Consequentiality, there have 7 main factor that convince me to invest in this company.

Good brand name builds loyalty of customer
A brand name tends to inspire trust in the product because the customer feels that ‘it sounds familiar’. It makes the customer think that this is an established product and this carries connotations of higher quality. Further, it makes people assume that a number of others have trusted and used the company’s products. A customer will tend to pick your brand if he or she recognizes the name and will probably stick with it if he or she experiences no problems. No doubt, the brand name Premier®, Cutie® and Royal Gold have achieved as famous brands to public. They are brands that are synonymous with tissue products. The NTPM tissue product have achieved 50% market of tissue product was strongly prove that the brand name tissue product is well known by public market.

Good controlling cost of business
NTPM was setup a new machine on FY05, now the machine start perform their task, hence rise up the productivity of NTPM & lowering cost of production. Beside this, by using recycle pulp instead by pure pulp as raw material will generate result that lowering the cost of product and make a higher profit. NTPM was done well in control the cost on business that formally happen in every field costing problem.

Focus on paper manufacturing business then build a wide range paper product market
NTPM was not diversifying their business field, and focus on paper manufacturing business, NTPM was implementing new sanitary napkin line that brand name Intimate & Senora. The sales of this two new product were growing well nowadays. It will be advantage for company that not just rely tissue product to made profit. In other word, it will help company develop a new market to made profit.


Quality & experience management
Based on financial report 2007, the strong performance for the financial year ended 30 April 2007 saw NTPM achieving its best ever consolidated financial results in its
corporate history. A record Group profit before taxation of RM38.11 million, an increase of 48.5% from RM25.67 million achieved in the financial year ended 30 April 2006.

Non-cyclical business model
Tissue product is daily consumer product, so people need to continuous buying the product, in other word this mean the business of NTPM will not be effect even economy down-term, because people still need to use tissue product. It also means business model of NTPM is stable & consistent to generate profit.

Sustainable competitive advantage company
Tissue product is not a high technology product, the products no need to make a lot of R&D, and most important is controlling the cost. As we know the main competitor is Kimberly Clarke, both of them NTPM & Kimberly Clarke already monopolize the entire tissue product in Malaysia market that is equality 50% market for each other. NTPM have pricing advantage because applying the low-cost raw material compare with Kimberly Clarke. So the results show that NTPM is a sustainable competitive advantage company.

People in related company buy back its own company is good sign
We can go to http://announcements.klse.com.my/website/bm/ to check changes in Substantial Shareholder's Interest of NTPM, Lee Chong Choon & Dato' Teoh Boon Beng @ Teoh Eng Kuan who was the main shareholder of NTPM is always buy back NTPM share from 06/07/2006 to 30/11/2007. This is a cue show that situation of company become well.
