SHARES of Resorts World Bhd extended their fall today after analystscut their target price, citing concerns over a related party deal thatthe company entered into last week.

Resorts slid as much as 9 sen, or 3.9 per cent, to RM2.25, the lowestintra-day level since October 30. The shares were traded at RM2.29 at11:44 am.

  Last week, it announced a deal to buy 10 per cent of Walker Digital Gaming LLC (WDG) for US$69 million or about RM250 million.

The seller is KH Digital Ltd, an offshore investment holdings company.KH is ultimately owned by Golden Hope Unit Trust, a private unit trustwhere votes are held by a discretionary trust in which Tan Sri Lim KokThay, Resorts chairman and CEO, is a beneficiary.

  WDG develops and commercialises gaming patents like Guaranteed Play Blackjack and Elite Baccarat.

  OSK Research has cut its recommendation to "neutral".

雲頂進軍台灣賭業勝算高

                                                                                    （吉隆坡）台灣料“大開門戶”，批准在澎湖設立賭場，雲頂（GENTING，3182，主板貿服組）已經表達高度興趣，分析說，金融海嘯讓許多博彩對手資金干涸，如果台灣真的開放賭牌，正擁有巨額雲頂在這次投標勝算很高，如果開拓台灣賭業，對公司前景將有“加分”效果。
根據報導，台灣立委在11月14日進行閉門討論，決定把開放賭業立法討論，並在年杪投票通過，目前大部份的立委持贊同立場。據台灣當局透露，目前已經有4家國際財團對台灣澎湖設立賭場一事有興趣，包括雲頂在內。
分析員認為，開放賭業並非小事，不會在短期內出現任何定案，不過如果屬實，雲頂奪標勝算高，而一旦成功，旗下博彩業務將更上一層樓。子公司方面，名勝世界（RESORTS，4715，主板貿服組）顯現良好的現金水平，因此最適合接下這項計劃。

10日<20日，短期跌势。30日<60日平均线,中期跌势。60<120<200<250日平均线，长期走势下跌。

布林频带持续打开，股价在中频带以下下滑，跌势。

成交量持续高于14VMA，但成交量有减少的现象。

ADX线稍微上升，-DI线>+DI，跌势有转强的迹象。

GMMA短期平均线在中期平均线以下，跌势。

MACD震荡指标持续走坏，跌势。

MFI下跌，不好。

RSI横摆，没意见；平均RSI下跌，不好。

随机指标K值在弱势区游走，短期弱势。

阴阳烛图：今天出阴烛，卖压维持，但有开始减弱的迹象，持续下滑几率大。

支持2.20，2.16，2，阻力2.43-2.50-2.55，2.60-2.65

我的买卖思绪：跌势有少许减弱的迹象，惟还没有出现明显止跌讯号，仍有下滑的机会。预料2.16-2.20是很强的支持区，如出现反弹，2.44至2.50是很大的阻力区。
注：由于经过了重复的思考，加上图指标已经很明显的卖出讯号，加上上星期买得有点过火了T+3明天到期不够钱给，决定止损，在2.28卖了大部分，亏损为RM700左右。决定等价位达2-2.16-2.20左右再买入。

（注：我的买卖思绪是我分析后作出要不要做买卖的抉择，买／卖／观望的观点只是说下一个交易日我会采取什么心态而不一定会做，所以只供参考；如果我真正的进货了或出货了，会额外注明
