BK Utilities was incorporated as a private company limited by shares in Malaysia under the Companies Act 2016. The entire issued share capital of BK Utilities of RM1.00 comprising One (1) ordinary share is held by TCB.
The principal activities of BK Utilities are water treatment and water supply.

Following the Acquisition, MSSB has become a wholly-owned subsidiary company of TCB.
MSSB was incorporated in Malaysia on 8 February 2019 as a private limited company by shares in Malaysia under the Companies Act 2016. The total paid-up share capital of MSSB is RM1.00 comprising of one (1) ordinary share.
The principal activities of MSSB are general trading, real property holding and investment holding.
