如果孩子在upland念书,地点绝对是没问题的。几个要考虑的重点是:

1)未来Tg Bungah 到 Teluk Bahang 的双向道“好像”会从FV的后方经过;
2)未来MRCB的新计划就在FV的前面;
3)很多单位用来短期出租问题;
4)因为有些单位搁置,需要考虑白蚁的问题;

MRCB是什么计划,根据您掌握的资料,能说一下嘛,这一点没有考虑!

看到价钱都软了.
其实在想, 如果有 1.5mil , 是什么让人选择公寓而不是 landed.  即使也许有比较多的花样 facility, 但很多东西不能为所欲为啊.

Mixed development project in prime location comes with family friendly facilities



VONA Parkcity, a mixed development project comprising condominiums, medium and low-cost apartments as well as retail shop offices, will likely be one of Penang’s most eye-catching landmarks once completed.

To be built on 8.2 acres (3.318ha) of freehold land in Bukit Gambier, it will have a strikingly futuristic exterior facade and carefully planned living spaces within.

The RM600mil project by Gambier Sanctuaries Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Vona Properties Group, will be developed in phases starting from the second half of next year.

Gambier Sanctuaries managing director Tan Siaw Jiun said the residential units cater to the needs of homeowners from across a wide spectrum, with the 852 units ranging from affordable housing to high-end luxury condominiums.

Designed as functional family spaces, they come with spacious layouts sized from 1,100sq ft to 1,800sq ft and are housed in two soaring towers named Vona Sky which are complemented by a nine-storey car park podium.

Residents will be pampered by a complete range of facilities like a swimming pool, gymnasium, sauna and basketball court among others.

“Much time was invested in the planning of both the exterior and interior elements. As part of our corporate social responsibility efforts, we endeavour to increase the standard of living environment within affordable dwellings through innovative design of spaces and taking into account family dynamics,” Tan said.

“Wellness packages will also be offered to owners of the luxury condominiums on top of all the well-planned, recreational and family friendly facilities.”

She believes Vona Parkcity’s strategic location, near to established residential suburbs like Island Glades and Minden Heights, would make it a highly-desired address.

Within a 0.5km radius are SMK Bukit Gambier and Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) while the Penang Bridge, Recsam and Penang Golf Club are all about 5km away.

Besides the residential units, there will also be 12 units of three-storey detached retail shop offices fronting the Jalan Bukit Gambier main road. Named Vona Arc, it is envisaged to be a vibrant, al fresco-style food and beverage hub.

“These commercial units should enjoy high pedestrian traffic from the surrounding neighbourhood as well as the nearby USM,” Tan said.

Steven Cheah, principal of Property Talk, the marketing agent for Vona Properties, said that in the past few years, the Penang property market had experienced exponential growth, with confidence from both local and international investors remaining strong.

“Buying properties in choice locations around Penang is still the preferred mode of wealth creation for many people.

“The Penang government has injected a lot of vibrancy like the upcoming business process outsourcing hubs at Bayan Lepas, Bayan Baru and George Town which will create about 21,000 high-paying jobs within the first five years,” Cheah said.

有没有人知道在 Dpiazza 后面新建的是什么公司,是什么projecT? 小弟想买来新起的condo自己住的。靠近这一区的。

起好的,还是 under construction 的?

起好 = Elit Heights
under constructions = Arena, Olive Tree

能的话找 residential unit , 避免 commertial title 的. 如果打算常住, 可以找建好的, 一间一间看来比较, 找自己的心头好.

起好 = Elit Heights

under construction 的,在spice 的对面,dpiazza 的后面 的。 应该是olive tree gua.

olive tree 和 arena 只是两隔壁罢了。。。。你看到condo 下面是圆圆的 commercial lot, 那就是 Arena.

Condo 下面的 commercial lot 是方方正正的,那就是 Olive tree

区区的几百个单位就有数千个申请者,能够申请成功算你有运!当然,得买来自住啦。。

“会直通 Bukit Gambier”。。。话说Palm Palladium 从发展商开始要卖,到2008年建成,到后来每每中介介绍卖二手房市时,都喜欢把这个挂在嘴边!但是,到现在还是没能直通Jalan Bukit Gambir。
