All panel doctors have the forms for Australian visa medical tests available at their clinics. Panel doctors located in Malaysia use an online system called eHealth which allows for quicker processing. The panel doctor will charge you directly for the examination and will send the reports directly to the visa office.
If you are aged 75 years or more, you will need to download the Aged Visitor Health Check Proforma (PDF, 40 Kb, 2 pages) and take the form to the panel doctor to complete.
A list of approved panel doctors is available from the Department of Immigration and Border Protection website.
