该产业发展商今日向大马交易所报备，TDP向Hemat Tuah私人有限公司出售股权。是项脱售计划完成后，TDP将不再持有TISB的任何股权。

TISB是丽阳机构通过TDP与玮力产业（Ivory Properties Group Bhd）旗下Ivory Utilities私人有限公司）组成的联营公司，主要从事产业发展活动。

丽阳机构表示：“脱售计划将使集团得以实现在TISB的投资收益，并储备TISB的现金流需求，以便专注于其他项目的发展。”

该集团估计，将从售股中取得1000万令吉的收益，并料充作营运资本和偿还银行贷款。

On behalf of the Board Director of Tropicana Corporation Berhad ("TCB" or "Company"), Maybank Investment Bank Berhad ("Maybank IB") wishes to announce that TCB had, on 24 January 2019, entered into twelve (12) conditional share purchase agreements with Tan Sri Dato’ Tan Chee Sing ("TSDT") and/or persons connected to him for the proposed acquisition of twelve (12) real estate holding companies ("Acquiree Companies") for a total purchase consideration of approximately RM343.7 million to be satisfied via the issuance of new redeemable convertible preference shares in TCB ("TCB RCPS") ("Proposed Acquisitions"). Description	TROPICANA CORPORATION BERHAD (TCB OR THE COMPANY)-        ACQUISITION OF A NEW SUBSIDIARY, URBAN DISCOVERY SDN BHD BY TROPICANA MENTARI         DEVELOPMENT SDN BHD, A WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARY OF THE COMPANY
Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(23) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of TCB wishes to announce that Tropicana Mentari Development Sdn Bhd (“TMDSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company has on 18 February 2019 acquire ONE (1) Ordinary Share of Urban Discovery Sdn Bhd (Company No. 1293645-V) (“Urban Discovery”) representing 100% of the total paid-up share capital of Urban Discovery, for a total cash consideration of RM1.00 only (“Acquisition”). Upon the completion of the Acquisition of the entire equity interest in Urban Discovery by TMDSB, Urban Discovery has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of TMDSB, which in turn is an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of TCB. Urban Discovery was incorporated in Malaysia on 3 September 2018 as a private limited company. The total paid-up share capital of Urban Discovery is RM1.00 comprising of ONE (1) Ordinary Share and its principal activity is general merchants. None of the directors or substantial shareholders of TCB or persons connected with them have any interests, whether direct or indirect in the Acquisition. This announcement is dated 18 February 2019.
