Botani 终于回覆了，很专业的服务，而且还给我 Certificate of analysis for the Grapefruit seed extract 的副本。

We don’t do anything with chemicals.  We don’t use ingredients that have been extracted with chemicals. Everything is completely natural and we only purchase ingredients from reliable sources who have tested each ingredients and supply certificates of analysis.  I have attached the Certificate of analysis for the Grapefruit seed extract which shows that there is no chemical contamination in the product at all. One way of looking at a healing crisis is that the body, is de-toxing.  It is clearing out all the built up toxins from the body and as we are dealing with the skin, it comes through the skin.  As a result of this, the individual can feel worse or symptoms are worse for a short time as the body fights to get rid of it all.  If you read this month’s newsletters it talks about how chemical skin care products blocks the skin pores trapping and suppressing toxins in the skin.  Now that they can finally breathe with the use of Botáni products, all those toxins are being brought to the surface and drawn out, hence the healing crisis.  The best way to deal with this is to continue on the regime.  Use the Rescue Acne Cream as a mask to draw out the impurities.  Drink plenty of water and ensure that the person is on a good diet and supplement with nutrients.  A multivitamin with a good supply of B vitamins and zinc. Silica is particularly good as it helps expel toxins from the skin.  With skin issues Essential Fatty Acids in the form of fish oils or evening primrose oil capsules are also very helpful.

还不错。呵呵。其实我也越来越喜欢用botani 的产品了。不懂得怎么取舍 mukti & botani.

我会继续买大罐的来用，但是 conditional 就不必了，因为 50 :50 我觉得头发不会很干

我前两天也收到了Mukti的foaming cleanser, toner 和sunscreen， 用了toner和sunscreen。 他的toner 和sunscreen 有浓浓的lemon味， sunscreen 也很清爽，一点都不油，还可以滋润皮肤，不用另外搽moisturizer。而toner呢。。我不懂怎么分辨好不好。。

其实我觉得repair cream很好用，完全不油腻的cream，你们有谁用着吗？我妈用了也说跟其它的cream不一样，因为它搽别的cream了总是流汗。

botani有新产品了，eye treatment, hand cream & body bar。你们有收到newsletter吗？心痒痒了， ，可以趁promotion进货

最近很多人都流行用天然肥皂，可以试试这个啰，不必自己做那么麻烦，而且是organic的。老实说我真的不勤劳自己DIY啰

有些organic牌子还蛮便宜的。。不知为什么。。例如avalon
有些标明organic，可是却有sls。。
我问过销售员，他说那shampoo是palm oil提炼出来的，没加chemical。。
很乱水下

你可以叫你的朋友运一些organic certified essential oil或者100%pure organic certified cocoa butter/ shea butter/ mango butter回来。。。
那边买这些应该比较便宜。。。
然后自己调配来做属于自己的护肤品 ...

等我朋友月中回来时拿给我。。

我个人用着 boosting moisturiser, 不错用。有 用过姐姐的repair cream, 也是很好用，很好吸收。

现在看清楚他的成分其实不是很好。只有一些成分是有机的。 可能因为这样所以比较便宜。

sunscreen和moisturizer不能一概而论，虽然是tinted moisturizer，可是因为有防晒，你不能expect它滋润成分会渗入皮肤，长期下去脸部会容易干燥。建议还是在搽了day cream后再搽tinted moisturizer，不用担心过油的问题。

是这样啊。。。因为卖家叫我白天不用另外搽moisturizer的，而晚上才搽。。。hmm, 看来白天我还是搽好了，Botani的moisturizer 很好用， 也很清爽。

洗脸 --〉去角质 --〉用荷荷巴油按摩脸部，特别是blackhead和whitehead的部分，不要冲洗--〉涂上deep cleansing mask，15-20分钟后洗掉 --〉按例涂上toner, serum和moisturizer
