集合了大家的意见, 这会是我今天的workout :
1. Trade mile - 30 minute, 2 minute slow walk(speed 4) , 2 minute fast walk(speed 5-6) , 2 minute run(speed 9-10). repeat untill 30 minute
2. Chest Butterfly (8-12 reps) x 4 set(20-25kg), (1 warming set(10kg), last set (8 reps - failure)
3. Machine Chest Press(8-12 reps) x 4 set(20-25kg), (1 warming set(10kg), last set (8 reps - failure)
4. Machine Chest Fly(8-12 reps) x 4 set(20-25kg), (1 warming set(10kg), last set (8 reps - failure)
5. Dips(8-12 reps) x 4 set(20-25kg), (1 warming set(10kg), last set (8 reps - failure)
6. Bicycle - 15 mintue
