Are you all right?  - Yes, I am, because you're answering in the capacity of 1st person, that's why it's an "am", not "are"

Wouldn't it sound better if you add this? - "Yes, it would (actually)." or "No, it wouldn't"

A confusing usage is the 1st person "I am",

"I am good in cooking, aren't I?" the question tag is correct.

Doesn't it taste better if you add a little more salt in this, - Yes, it does.

Have you been listening to what I say? - "Yes I have" or " No I haven't"

平常人都不这么说话的啦！
通常只答 yes/no/sure/ok

女主角答“yes, I do”是有可能的
但，他的完整句子应该是“yes, I do (want to marry you)”而不是 “yes, I do marry you”.

真的给你“炸”到，麻烦你去翻一些 English Grammar Book, 来提升自己的英文水平。

平常会话当然不会有人指出你的错误，大家明白就好。Yes，No，Sure，ok, 当然可以接受，这是口语式的，但楼住是问正确的语法。Yes I will 是正确的语法，这叫用心学习。

当然，假如男主角问，“Do you want to marry me?", 正解是，“Yes I do." 或， "No, I don't."

做么要学没有人说的语法？学了不能用，用了被人笑（你在演莎士比亚？）。

当然 “Yes, I will （marry you）”才是正确的答案.
可是，偏偏女主角用了“Yes, I do”,为了让女主角下台，惟有解析为“yes, I do (want to marry you)/ Yes, I do (take this man as my husband)”

女主角太兴奋了，以为在结婚现场了，所以答非所问。

其实现实的人都"答非所问"，比如：

Shall we go?
Yes, let's go

Can we leave now?
Sure, why not? / give me 1 min

Will you help me?
my pleasure!

Will you join us?
Of course!

Doesn't it taste better if you add a little more salt in this?
Okay... if you insist.

I am good in cooking, aren't I?
Oh yeah?
