真是汗颜。
我只是上个月到过台湾一次，正如上面所说，识少少，扮代表。
我喜欢阅读，所以还没到台湾之前，看了不少书及网页，跟其他朋友交流，听取意见。
这次到台湾，也买了不少书回来。

在台北的时候，我是到重庆南路去买书的，整条街有无数的书店，诚品101 反而没去。
那边的书种类繁多，价钱也不贵，大概 RM20-30 一本吧了。
有机会就到那边一趟吧，除了品尝冰饮食品，还可以观察他们的运作，非常有规律的。还有就是打听制作冰饮的机器和用具，应该不是很贵，但就不知道拿进来所需的税务。

短期内应该不会再去，我还得工作呢！

台湾落地签证有效期为一个月，优惠机票的有效期通常也是一个月，这月内你可以在那边自由学习。
但超过一个月的话在需要办 VISA，需要学校的入学证明，机票也得买一年期的，贵相当多。

i have checked from the site that some of the 冰品製作 have to take 3 months, that mean i need to do visa? what do u mean by 机票也得买一年期?

三个月学冰品製作似乎相当久呢！
早几个月，我曾协助我的侄儿办理 VISA 到台湾学蛋糕制作，手续方面还懂一点。
现在的航空公司在票价方面有很多选择，从马来西亚到台湾的经济机票，多是一个月的票，票价+TAXES 大概 RM1100-1300。一年的票则要 RM1800-1900左右。

他的课程是一个多月的，所以必须申请 VISA 和买一年的机票。
每种课程都不同，学员本身的技术和经验也不同，所以没有标准的学习期限。

你不妨寻找多点资料，才决定报读吧，毕竟申请 VISA 是相当麻烦的，一年机票也很贵。

我的侄儿完成蛋糕课程后便回来了，他的学院是有宿社的。
至於课程资料，我是随便在各网站 SEARCH的。

you mean you search from every website and then just let your 侄儿 study there for one month plus, then just come back. can tell me any website for me to look for? i search for many days, still cant find any.

我的侄儿是通过朋友找到那家学院的。
我认为冰品制作并不太困难，不如你买些书先自学学。
在台湾，许多的年青人都是通过加盟 FRANCHISE 创业的。在那儿，加盟FRANCHISE 的门槛不高，又可以学习到管理运作的知识。

Sorry, I was outstation for the past few days.
As for your question on franchising, I believe some of them do give oversea participants. I found 1 with outlet in China.

Will try to locate some for you later.
