Bursa Announcement

Pursuant to Paragraph 9.03 of the Listing Requirements, the Company wishes to
announce that the Board of Directors of the two subsidiaries namely Dceil Sdn
Bhd and Dceil Imex Sdn Bhd have resolved on 20 December 2006 that by reason of
their liabilities cannot continue their business and their intention to place
them in liquidation and appoint Mr. Ooi Woon Chee and Mr. Ong Hock An c/o KPMG
Corporate Services Sdn Bhd as Provisional Liquidators (in the case of Dceil Sdn

Bhd, it is subject to leave of Court since there is a pending winding up
petition against it).


This announcement is dated 20 December 2006.

LISTING'S CIRCULAR NO. L/Q :  40215 OF  2006
Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") had on 20 December 2006
publicly reprimanded Dceil International Berhad ("the Company") for breach of
paragraph 9.04(l) of the Listing Requirements ("LR") of Bursa Securities of and

paragraph 2.1(e) of Practice Note No. 1/2001 ("PN1").

Pursuant to paragraph 9.04(l) of the LR, the occurrence of an event of default
on interest and/or principal payments in respect of loans may require immediate

disclosure by a listed issuer.

Paragraph 2.1(e) of PN1 states that a listed issuer shall be required to make
an immediate announcement under paragraphs 9.03 and 9.04 of the LR of any
default in payments of either interest or principal sums or both in respect of
a credit facility, which is reasonably expected to have a material effect on
the price, value or market activity of any of the listed issuer’s securities or

the decision of a holder of securities of the listed issuer or an investor in
determining his choice of action.

The Company has breached paragraph 9.04(l) of the LR and paragraph 2.1(e) of
PN1 for failure to make immediate announcements on the following defaults in
payment of credit facilities by the subsidiaries of the Company, the details of

which are as follows:-

The Company only made the announcement on the above defaults in payment on 30
August 2006.

The above penalties were imposed pursuant to paragraph 16.17 of the LR after
taking into consideration all the facts and circumstances of the matter and
upon completion of due process.

Bursa Securities views the above contraventions seriously and cautions the
Company and its Board of Directors on their responsibility to maintain
appropriate standards of corporate responsibility and accountability in order
to achieve greater disclosure and transparency to its shareholders and the
investing public.

Dceil Imex Sdn Bhd is the major subsidiary of Dceil International Bhd.

這种公司基本上我是不会动的.

可能可以給你一點甜頭, 很快就会连本带利的要回去了.

建議要投资就要做多一點功课.

那过程好像要好几年。
资产被冻结，最后可能十粒便一粒。
看来投资在这股的钱“冻过水”

等公司寄信给你，告诉你我们被停牌了，公司会xxxxxxx...........
这可能会花上一两年的时间
我想就算他们重新上市，我们只能拿回我们投资的一小部分而已。

只是懂它的负债很多，投资者不会买；
而我这种穷的投机者就刚好有兴趣，
资金少，以小博大咯。

我问了我的remiser, 她说OSK back office 的staff觉得这件公司前景不明朗，目前是停牌，不久后可能被除牌。我想那些手头上还有着公司的股票，现在应该有一种“欲哭无泪”的感觉，我就是其中之一。我们原想在悬崖里找金块，那知却掉到谷底。我以后真的不要再碰着类型的“垃圾股”。
